I see a lot of mixed reviews on here but from my personal experience, everything went perfect. Shipping options are a little interesting but I just chose standard and arrived in 4-5 days I believe. Parts fit and my dryer working perfect again! Thanks!

Ordered a dryer heater for a Kenmore Elite, received one for an LG. They were not compatible. One had two leads, the other had 1. I filed on the website. No response. A week later I checked, the case was closed. I opened another... same story. So I used a different address, twice.. no response. Somewhere on their pages it says if they ship the wrong items, they send you a label to return it. NOTHING... NO word, NO communication. Filed with the BBB

I ordered a handle for a twenty-five year old microwave oven. No other parts site had the handle. It came promptly. My handyman installed it. It works.

I ordered an oven igniter and paid $20 to fed ex. It arrived completely broken which I had to return. It took a month to get a partial refund which means I paid the fed ex and then paid to return it. Cost me $40 to get nothing. Terrible company do not purchase anything from them !

I ordered a part with rush delivery that I paid $20 for. 8 days later and the part is still not here. Shipper did not ship it out when they were supposed to and tried to blame the weather...in Arizona. I contacted customer service and they refused to even contact FedEx to refund the shipping cost. They also refused to cancel the order, even though it didn't even seem that the part had been shipped. Avoid buying anything from this company. Rush shipping is a joke.

I really cannot put this on the company. I would have to put it on the U.S. postal service. I ordered the part which told 5 to 7 days delivery. Well it was to be here January 26. It will be January 30 and no part yet and no response or communication from USPS as to where it is. January 26 says in Indianapolis and next day says in transit but no communication after. Sorry but I cannot give a good review on something I don't have.

I ordered the part on 1-17-26 and when I got to the check out page, I purchased the $19 1-3 day shipping option because I needed the part fast. The company advertised "Fast Shipping." Fedex was advertised on the website as a shipper and I don't mind paying shipping on something I need quickly.

However, I received an email several days later that it shipped USPS. I tried to make contact immediately - multiple emails and left a voice message - to get someone to contact me. No luck so far. No return phone calls and no email back.

USPS cannot get anything delivered in 1-3 days. As of 1-26-26, the part has still not arrived and I have been unable to make contact with anyone, as I would like to know how to return the part once it arrives for a full refund.

Received my replacement parts for an LG Dryer on time and they fit perfectly. And the price was really good!

Order # 277666 I’ve ordered from you guys a couple times things have been good. This time I ordered qty 2 and received 1. I emailed your company and got no response on when I would receive the second one. I would greatly appreciate a response asap.

They not only had the parts I neede but they had it on special, nearly $200 less than Star appliance repair service quoted me for them. And yes I did send them the price I paid. Shipped as promised, arrived when expected A "A+" parts supplier to keep at the top of my list next time I need parts!

I ordered refrigerator door shelves. They do not fit. The model numbers matched and yet they are way too long. Really Disappointing.

The part was not correct despite the model number matching my appliance. I reverified this after receiving the part. So I submitted a return which is just an email. Despite the business providing the wrong part, they expect the customer to pay for return shipping and there is no guarantee that you will be refunded since the part has to be inspected once they receive it.

From the information online about the product, to the ordering and then confirmation, to delivery and then item quality, nothing could have gone better.

The replacement heating element I ordered fit and functions perfectly.

I will definitely come back to epartsfast if I ever need to look for replacement parts again.

I purchased a kit of thermostats, fuses and heating element for a Maytag dryer. I thought the numerous shipping options was dumb. Long story short my shipment never showed up. I put a claim in with FedEx and they eventually gave up. I tried to contact epartsfast 3 different ways and they ignored all three. It's obvious why they have no special media presence. Wish I had seen all the negative reviews ahead of time.

Paid for expedited shipping for a dryer part. It said shipped within 1-3 business days, so of course I was expecting it last week. Now the email says the part won’t be here until 10/13. I can’t cancel because it’s supposedly shipped already. There’s no customer service number. They also won’t respond to the email I sent to support.

Parts ordered fit well only minor adjustment had to be made .
Resulted in cool down loss of timer only .
Ordered another thermostat with high limit adaptor and now everything runs great
