The product I needed was easy to find and fast to find. The choice of shipping is very convenient on being able to chose how quickly you wanted you wanted the time. The product I purchased was exactly what I needed plus the extra fully and grease. This site has become my number one spot for parts when needed.

I ordered oven igniter on Sunday it was here on Wednesday. It was plug and play no wiring. So far product is working as it should

Zero stars. This website is nothing more than online crooks products only last for maybe two or three weeks they advertise as brand new well they're not do not order from this website they are crooks. Be aware read the underlined print where they say they do not warranty again a sign of an online crook

I ordered a heating element for my amana dryer. It took a long time to arrive. And it only lasted about 3 months after installation. The heating coil cut - couldn’t repair it. Had to order a new one from a different source. Won’t use epartsfast as a source parts anymore.

I received the wrong relays. The picture matched what I got but they are not the correct relays even though the description states they are certified replacements for my make and model dryer. The serial numbers match the relays but they are wrong. I reached out for a resolution with no response.

Paid for VIP, 2 day shipping on the 13th of the month. It is the 22nd and I still do not have the part ordered. I messaged to tell them that I received a notification on the evening of the 21st saying the part was delivered, but there was no part delivered. Their response on the 22nd was, It was delivered! Left at the garage.
1) I do not have a garage
2) I’m the customer, I said it was not delivered
3) No apologies for the delay in delivering of a package NOT received, that was paid for by the customer
4) This company is a joke

Paid for the fastest shipping available and part showed up a week later absolutely destroyed because of crap packaging. Do not under any circumstances order from this place. Absolutely terrible customer service. A huge waste of rime and money.

Ordered for fast ship and still almost week later no part. Ugh I should have ordered from amazon

Dryer coil ordered and Item received within 3 days. This was 3 rd time Samsung dryer heating coil went bad. I now keep a spare coil in garage so no excessive wait to fix and saved expensive service calls thanks

Ordered replacement heat unit for dryer, paid an extra $20 for expedited 3-day shipping. Received e-mail with purchase confirmation and shipping tracking. Expected date was showing 2 weeks. Tracking showing AZ to CA, then to NM, back to AZ, the UT before WA (final destination). When brought to their attention, was told could return, but would have to pay return shipping.

I was able to locate the parts I needed quickly and found the price was excellent. When they arrived, they arrived on schedule, and exactly as described. I am very happy with the quality of service, the quality of parts I received, and the speed and condition in which they arrived.

Should have read reviews before purchased parts for my dryer. Paid for two day shipping like others had stated here. Over a week to get the part. I had already reordered from Amazon, received the part and installed it 4 days before I got it from these scammers. Don't purchase from this site. Run!

Terrible service. No available phone #. Paid for 3 day shipping - took 7 days to get part. Part was backordered. No communication to the customer. They did not care - would not offer credit on delayed shipping. No responses to multiple e-mails. Avoid at all costs.

I did some research in regards of what parts I needed.
This was the first time I attempted to fix my dryer, did not seem complicated so I decided to give it a shot since the parts were way cheaper than the cost of visit from the technician.
So I looked for what was wrong with my dryer and found out that one of the springs that creates the heat was broken.
I looked online for the piece and this site offered me what I was looking for. Arrived in around 4 days and I put the piece back. Everything is running smooth and I´m happy for not spending more $200 in repairs or getting a new one.

Quick shipping, but does no good when none of the parts were the correct parts for my dryer. Had to order new parts from a credible non-scam site.

You need to list your phone number for new customers and you shouldn't need to create an account when purchasing a part.

Do your research on model of appliance, parts break-down, etc. Had to order another part due to my own screw-up but their delivery was timely.

Ready to review at this point it's the 29th I stated on each of the emails they sent me stating that my order was confirmed my order was shipped and now my order has been received, that they sent the wrong size dryer belt. I've asked them to send me a return label to return the package and have not heard a word from anybody
