I purchased a beautiful 70th birthday rose as a gift for a close relative.
The online ordering process was straightforward & I was able to select a delivery date that was close to her birthday and convenient for me.
The rose arrived well packed and secure within a strong box with clear instructions on the outside as to how to unpack & look after the plant. The bush had a good shape & looked very healthy with the leaves just beginning to appear.
I was pleased to see that my relative would be able to view pictures of the rose in full bloom by scanning the QR code provided on the enclosed leaflet.
She was delighted with this gift, has planted it in the back garden and is looking forward to when it flowers.

Rose arrived well packed and on time. Have planted in garden and so far it's looking good. Hopefully, time will tell on it's progress.

It was easy to make the order and give both the details as the delivery details as were different from the purchase . You kept me informed as to the exact time the item would arrive so I could let the recipient know when to expect it . It arrived exactly at that time . The item itself is a rose and is now ready to plant in memory of a person who died who had the same name as the rose . Being able to find roses with names you need is a great 5 star service too. Thank you - I will definitely use you again . H C

Good website. Great range. Reasonable price.

The first photos are all in bloom. The actual bush is sent without bloom. When ordering I wrote to leave the rose in the front porch if out. The delivery company were not aware of this, so I had to tell them too.

Bought a rose for my Wife and it was very easy to do online, it came really well packaged and in very good condition. All the paperwork was useful and the gift card intact

An absolute pleasure to deal with your company - I realised I had missed a word off my gift card and this was so swiftly dealt with. The rose was a 40th birthday present for my niece, it arrived with me on time to take to her, well packaged and she is delighted with it. Look forward to it being in bloom.

This is the second rose I have purchased from English Roses. Both times I have been delighted with the excellent quality of the rose, the wicker basket, presentation, packaging and customer service. Rose arrived when scheduled each time. Everything was like clockwork.
