Shysters-they don't reply to chasing monies owed

A terrible company to deal with, why am I surprised if they're associated with the money grabbing RFU.
Ordered a cap for an adult male and its about the size to fit a 10 year old
It is plainly not suitable but now I need to pay £6.60 to return a cap costing £15 so will spend £6.60 to have nothing.
Do not purchase anythign from these cowboys

8 months and still no delivery, customer service is shocking and every time tell me it will be with me soon! How can I sue these people?

An absolute shambles. The least customer service I've ever received from a customer service department.
Very difficult to get hold of, incredibly difficult to get a reply from. No one takes any ownership of even the simplest of issues and they seem to do all they can to resist refunding any money.

They won't pass me to a manager, in fact every single time I send an email reply a new person replies to me and we have to re explain the whole scenario/problem...each and every time.

I will not use again, I really suggest you don't either. There's other shops out there that do A LOT more for their customers.

Bought an England 2021 replica home shirt and have a brill experience. Shirt is quality and delivery was speedy .5 star for me

Very frustrating experience almost a year!

They need to strongly consider customer care and train their staff.

You are looking at this post because you want some unbiased advice. Read my lips - avoid this company at all costs.

As a member of the England RFU supporters Club, something I have paid for yearly for more years than I care to remember, I was sent an email by them that caught my eye saying that I could get 10% discount for applying a special member code at the checkout.

I did this and found an England Rugby shirt that was reduced in a sale to clear and I ordered this and 2 other items. Like others have previously posted, I had to pay a delivery charge AND a handling fee. ( also got no discount because the shirt was in a sale )

The package arrived in reasonable time- 2 of the items were fine and the shirt in question was tried on and seen to be ok initially.

I decided to wear this shirt out the next evening and after a while of continually tugging at my left sleeve, I asked my partner whether she could anything wrong

She pointed that the shirt was incorrectly manufactured and the sleeves were sewn together in different ways and with differing sizes.

To cut a long story short, I returned the shirt, at MY EXPENSE via a third party company that englandrugbystore.com use with full details as the company requested.

After nearly 4 weeks, I got home to find a parcel on my doorstep with the same shirt inside stating that there was no fault with the item and as I'd worn it and removed the labels, I couldn't return it ( these were 2 pre-printed sheets of photocopied A4 paper not a personal advice message )

I have had countless emails with the company, they don't answer the phone and I have included photographs of the said item showing, even with a tape measure in the photographs what is wrong with the item.

If they bother to respond, other than the automated message which states they have received your email, each message is a new message and not as a trail which most companies would do.

The emails come back un-named and ask the same question, what is my problem.

Again and again I have told them.......

I have given up and will be taking out a Small Claims Court action against them to allow for my Product Cost, the Return Postage, my ' Court Costs ' and indeed compensation.

If you like the drama, stress, being lied to, dealing with people as far away from Customer Service as can be possible and with a company where others have had similar issues, go ahead, order from them.... but you've been warned. They want your money and couldn't give a damn about you

Awful company.....brought a top for £25 and with a handling fee and postage it came to nearly £37 and when it turned up it was about x2 the size it should be and looked like it had been slept in and cheap material....and when I sent it back I had to pay £6:60.....absolutely disgraceful will never buy from them again !!!!!!

Agree with all the awful reviews here. This company is shambolic and illegal. I checked out on the website placing an order as normal, only to find I'd been charged a different value on my credit card! Added a delivery fee £4.99 (despite applying the free delivery code) and a handling fee of £1.99! Who charges a handling fee to make a sale of t-shirts?! Products turned up and are fine, but left a bitter taste in my mouth after such illegal practices. Customer services agreed to refund my charges but have seen/heard nothing after 3 weeks. Disgusting, appalling and illegal. Zero customer trust gained. Need any more convincing not to buy from here???

Wish I had read the reviews before hand. I thought I’d gone to the best place for genuine merchandise. Quality of item I got originally was fantastic. But my second order to the same address was returned as undeliverable by the courier. 6 weeks later still waiting for a refund and customer service puts the blame at my door for incorrect address. 1st parcel made it ok? Don’t use this company

I would leave no stars if possible. Ordered two shirts for a total of £40. Paid £4.99 for delivery. No order acknowledgment. No shirts delivered. Emails to customer services returned as undeliverable.
Absolutely terrible.

bought a damaged stained shirt, offered a 10 percent discount so with postage would be paying roughly £27 for a damaged shirt, they wanted pictures and proof so wasnt confident in getting a replacement. bit of googling and loads of washes later the shirt is now usable. not impressed with the service at all. lesson learnt.

I was sent a discontinued shirt item instead of the new shirt that I ordered, when I tried to return the wrong item ReBound returns portal did not recognise the order number and post-code or email or mobile number, subsequently contacted customer service and they offered me 10% discount to keep the wrong item which was retailing at £25 and the price of the item I ordered was £65! ERS are a very frustrating company to communicate with, my issue still not resolved, and I don't expect it to be resolved anytime soon, stay clear of ERS, I believe that they are about bots & outsourcing... customer service does NOT exist.

What a joke of a company in 2021 where everything is about smart online shopping this shop has decided to stay in the past they forget that when no option but be forced to use Royal Mail 24hr tracking at a cost of 4.95 for a small item a joke in itself that you receive a tracking number this item was returned 2 days after I sent it back 9 days on and the company they use for returns has sent 4 emails saying the product is still in transit absolute joke do not use you can get better kit at ASOS rather have the see through tank they have in stock than buy from this shop ever again

This is the worst shop ever. Do not buy from them. They sent wrong size products and they do accept returns.

Do not buy from this shop. I bought 3 sweatshirts at £45 each; the sizes are tiny compared to other rugby brands. I returned one back in February but have been unable to get a refund. They don’t reply to emails, they move the goalposts, they make excuses. You have to organise and pay for your own returns so I have been £50 out of pocket for over a month now with no sign of resolution. Shameful for the official rugby brand and not in the spirit of the sport at all.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience, the worst I have ever experienced from a company.
I have been chasing various parts of this order since Nov 20, it is now Mar 21. I have lost count of the number of emails sent back and forth. I WISH I had cancelled this order when it failed to arrive time and time again in the beginning...regardless of being charged extortionate amounts for next day P&P. Customer services have not got a clue, they do not read your emails just send you to their website, which was obviously my first point of call but it does not answer the problems I am experiencing...hence... customer services!
I am STILL chasing the money I am owed, in excess of £130.00, as they have now sent it to the wrong account...not mine! I am now having to start emailing again to try and find my money!!
THIS WHOLE PROCESS...WHICH IS STILL NOT RESOLVED AFTER ALL THIS TIME...IS PAINFUL!!!

Outsourced to an incompetent bunch of charlatans called Fanatics(International),the delivery part of englandrugbystore is disgraceful. The one email I received in response to my several emails regarding the whereabouts of my order began "thanks for reaching out". These numpties are unaware that such vacuous phrases are guaranteed to compound a rugby followers fury! Sad thing is,the products are good quality. But I can't be bothered buying from them again.
