The worst website I have ever seen. Almost impossible to buy tickets. Reset password doesn't work and it continually tells you that "Your Browsing Activity Has Been Paused"

Quality always good but now getting too pricey where competitors are keener & deliver quicker from others too-I am now waiting 8-10 days for a shirt which is frankly unacceptable

After wanting this hoodie for the last 9 months i am now very very disappointed!

The quality is terrible. The material is thin, cheap and slightly see through. The material in the pocket is even more thin and barely t-shirt material. The cuffs are cheaply and badly stitched and rough on the inside. The logo is a very cheap heat transer.

I can’t believe I have to pay £2.99 to get my money back amd even then you don’t refund the £4.99 postage I paid. Absolutely fuming.

How England rugby thought it was a good idea to use this supplier to produce branded goods I have no idea.

Absolutely appalling service confirmed they received my returned item on 9th Feb, I still not had my refund. Awful service, do not order from here!!!

Awful really order a shirt over 15 days ago, not even an update money taken straight away, no email replied I mean.!
Literally awful

My son was given a white england top and on first wash (in line with manufactures reccomendations), colour from some red piping fabric at the bottom of the top ran into the rest of the white top and has ruined it.

This shows the poor quality of the materials used and the RFU should be ashamed that they are affiliated with the is product

I ordered some items "sale items" and when I received the confirmation, I noticed that the discounts displayed on the website had not been applied. I was in a rush when I place the order so failed to notice the price increase.

I would not have ordered these items at the full price. I only ordered them on the basis that they were discounted. I used the chat facility on the website to ask why was wasn't getting them at the discounted price and after waiting for 20 minutes was told there was nothing they could do about it. All Items were listed as Sale Items so I reasonably assumed that I wouldn't be expected to have to get something right to buy them at the price at which they were advertised. I asked for an email address to complain to and was given one that did not accept emails. I then filled out a form and got a reply saying the items in the sale were not eligible for a discount and I have to pay the full price for them. Clearly this is wrong. They offered me 20% off my next order which is useless to as I would never give money to someone who has already fleeced me for £45.

I've ordered stuff from them before and had no problems. The service is now managed by an organisation called Fanatics who obviously set out to trick people out of their hard earned.

My order never showed up not a word, not a parcel, nothing!!!! For the ridiculous price they charge it’s an absolute disgrace. Overpriced, unreliable, and utterly disappointing… AVOID them like the plague!!!

Utterly dreadful customer service - incredibly rude and unhelpful agents and multiple disconnects, including one that I suspect was deliberate in order not to have to deal with trickier questions.

What an absolute waste of money and time this company is. It's a disgrace it has the words England in it!
Do not register with this company, as when you decide you want to leave it's nearly impossible until you have to emai them. Once you have emailed them they tell you the membership fee hasn't come out, and you won't get a free gift, but then you real8se they have actually taken the money from your account and sent you nothing.
Absolute worst value for money membership I have come across in 50 plus years!

TOTAL FAKES! ordered two rugby shirts and took ages to arrive, poor quality and definitely not the real thing! Avoid!

Absolutely crap! I went there coming all the way from Hertfordshire just to find out they don’t do cash! Once I fix up my card to make the purchase again, I was not allowed in as “they were only open to the people watching the game” even though it was 5:13 and didnt close until 5:30. Would highly recommend everyone to not come to this store. It will be a wast of time and money and I do not want anyone else to go through what I went through today!

They don't declare the charge of RETURN POLICY. You already pay nearly £8 delivery for any purchase. If anything doesn't fits and if you want to return then you must pay £7 for RETURN CHARGE. Only delivery cost will be easy £15 . There were not honest with their Policy.

The sizes do not match the products sold. They will not comply to consumer legislation. The kit sold to me is I believe counterfeit. If I had realised I would not have purchased.

Poor quality items, could've made them at home

The sizes are not what they should be. Ordered a medium for my husband and he is no way bigger than a medium and when it arrived was more llike extra small! paid for it to be returned (£7.65!!) and ordered a large and again too small. I did have a moan to them and they paid the postage to return this one but very disappointed - wouldn't order from them again

The quality of the item i ordered was terrible. Sent it back and ordered a replacement and it was even worse. That has gone back as well. I will not be ordering from them again.

If I could give less I would.
Purchased two 2xl 2025 England Rugby shirts, players version not replica, first one came and was tiny, 22.5 inches arm pit to arm pit. 2xl is supposed to fit a 46-49 inch chest. Absolute joke, returned and ordered another. A tiny bit bigger, but still not right. Returned that to after a fight for free returns, which took over 2 days to resolve. Still waiting on refunds for both. I ordered a 3xl from Umbro direct thinking it would be the same issue, then had to order a 2xl from them. Which fitted perfectly. Either the shirts delivered from umbrella to them were labeled incorrectly or they are trying to sell fakes which are Chinese sizes. Very frustrating either way. Especially as I'm now waiting for over £150 from England Rugby store and £60 from umbro for my returns now. Not happy. The returns process for England rugby store takes forever!

Edited review - after returning an item, the cost of the return was included in my refund. Hopefully, the team will recognise that they must clearly communicate this in their returns policy.

Unable to simply exchange a top for a different size, have to pay £7.10 to return it then reorder the top and pay another £4.95 to have it delivered again. I get there may be a fee to exchange as well but this is extortionate.
