I brought from England Rugby Store because i thought that this would be the best place to buy from for quality and service, and was prepared to pay the delivery cost as thought it was worth it as the quality of the products i was ordering warranted the cost. However to my dismay i had to return one of the products as it was too big and was surprised that i then had to pay an additional £5.90 for the privilege. It will make me think twice in future to use this store unless they are offering free delivery/returns.

Sizes are WAY off what their size guide states. Ordered an England hoody on Black Friday and it is like tent. No where near the size they said it would be.

And on top of the already expensive delivery fee (and arbitrary "handling fee"), they offer no free return or change of size. They want £6 to return the item.

So I'm either stuck with a useless oversized hoody and £40 out of pocket, or I return it and only get £27 back.

I will never be ordering from englandrugbystore.com again. At least not until they change from being run by 'fanatics.com'.

Bought a hoodie in the Black Friday sale, selected usual size against the sizing chart and paid £4.95 delivery plus a £0.99 handling charge. Item arrived today ... it's absolutely massive. To add insult to injury its cost another £5.90 to return it for a refund.

It looks like I had the same problem as most people on here. I bought a top in the sale but it doesn't fit very well. When I tried to return it the returns portal was down. When it finally started working I realised I had to pay £6 for postage. So having paid £6 for postage and handling for it to arrive and £6 to send it back I really wish I'd never bothered. Will not be buying from here again.

I have pretty much had the same experience as everyone here - paid for delivery and had to return two items. Paid £6.75 for each to be returned and 2 weeks later am still waiting for the refund of over £100.

I will never buy direct from England rugby store again - the worst service I have ever had.

The postage for this company is outrageous I ordered two tops in different sizing but my grandson didn’t fit either but you do not have an option of sending them back as one parcel you have to pay 5.90 each parcel as well as paying 4.95 each delivery

£85 England rugby shirt and child’s rugby shirt were 2 sizes smaller than they should be! I complained they made me pay £6 to return it. They’ve had it back 2 weeks now and I’m still chasing my refund!
I will never buy from them again. Appalling service and poor quality products.

I won't and will not order from RFU rugby store again. What used to be a fantastic way to get rugby tops has gone to rat s**t since fanatics.com took over. I ordered a £135.00 England Rugby top for the WC and was delivered a Millwall FC away top. It's been 12 days since it was returned and still no refund. RFU take back control of your e-commerce because fanatics.com that are managing it, needs sacking.

Even though I have proof they have received the return, they are saying they can't find it and have offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. Well, there isn't going to be a next purchase from me. We have spent thousands of pounds with this bunch over the years. No more though, this is dishonest and not the service you would expect.

What a complete disgrace this company is. Ordered 2 shirts ahead of RWC23 and paid for next day delivery. Kept being told the delivery would be soon etc. Arrived 22/9/23. Have returned one shirt which cost £80 + £6.95 postage and am only receiving £68 refund and have to pay postage of £5.90. How the hell do they work that out? Are they deliberately delaying orders until the price reduces and they they repay a % of the reduced price? I've bought from here in the past but will never use them again. Whoever authorised this shambolic to be associated with England rugby has some serious questions to answer.

Absolutely horrendous. Do not buy from this company! Wished I had looked at their reviews before I ordered. I ordered a rugby shirt for my Son's birthday. Shipping was 2-4 days. After 4 days my order was still in processing. When I spoke to customer services they could not tell me when the shirt would be shipped. I waited a couple more days but the order was still in processing. I rang customer services to cancel the order as it would not arrive in time & get a refund but they said they couldn't cancel it. I asked how long I would wait for the item to arrive but they couldn't tell me. After a big fight & refusing to accept all their stories- a recent technical glitch (these awful reviews go back to 2020), suddenly it was ready to be shipped etc etc they issued a refund.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 Star as there's no option for Zero. I ordered a top and paid 6.95 for next day delivery, 13 days later and I still haven't received it even though taken from my account at the time of order. Customer service is non existent. Steer well clear from them.

"a fanatic experience"...beware cause this means "a bleedin awful experience".

Ordered from them with paid express delivery, item never showed up, contacted customer support 3 times, ignored and fobbed off. Now 2 weeks later and they say there is nothing they can do despite the fact they are still showing the item as in stock and available for next day delivery.

England Rugby should toss the fanatics peeps straight in the sin bin and get a better company.

Wife ordered back in July RWC top with a estimated delivery of 3-5 days and was made up as treat for Birthday, and well in time for start of the fixtures.
New message saying start of September then another mid September. At this rate the world cup will be over before it arrives.
Will be returned if England are out of cup before it arrives.

You should know that this website is just fanatics with a different front-end.

I ordered a replica shirt for next day delivery. It did not arrive and had not arrived even two days.

My order status has not progressed beyond processing at any time. I called and was offered a delivery charge refund and told that it would be with me on the Monday.

It did not arrive on Monday. I sent an email asking for an update and also complaining that the item has now been reduced by 25%, I was offered a discount code against future purchase which I won’t be making. It has still not arrived by the Friday, so I phoned and cancelled and got a refund.

I have now ordered from Umbro direct. Hopefully they can do better.

This company is a shambles.

I wish I could give zero stars.
Further delays on delivery of team shirt, now after the first match.

I ordered an official shirt and it's now delayed till after the start of the world cup. They say I can cancel the order by visiting the customer service part of their website but there isn't one! Or it's buried so deep it's impossible to find. Tried to chat and there's no one available. This has got to be the worst service in the world. I have never experienced something so bad and I will definitely never use them again

Used to be great buying direct from the England Rugby store.. but the RFU have handed over management of this to Fanatics / Kitbag, who are a shocking company to deal with. They add a handling fee to every order (I don’t know any other website or store which does this), they then charge £6 to return items and slow the refund process as much as they can. I returned and item 2 weeks ago with Royal Mail, no acknowledgment or sign of any refund yet. I won’t be buying from England Rugby store again until they end this association with Fanatics

I placed an order for my sons birthday. I heard nothing then I started to receive refund messages for small amounts. No communication for anything. This is disgusting service. You should be ashamed.

Absolute shambles!
Can only reiterate what others have said. Simply a bunch of crooks. Next day business delivery means next day, not some random day in the future when you might choose to get your act together.
