Worse customer service ever! If I could give it zero I would. I ordered a hoodie at the back end of November well in time for xmas. It’s now January 24th and I still haven’t received it. I emailed them asking for an accurate update on my order and they said they restocked the 3rd January- why would you even let me buy a hoodie that wasn’t in stock in the first place. Emailing them has been useless they blame there terrible customer service on delayed stock it’s been over 50 days since I ordered it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

They just don't care and try to rip you off!
Bought a England Rugby hoodie for a friend at Christmas, despite him being 11 I bought a small mens but is was still too small!
Sent the top back and received an email confirm they will send me back my £54, I checked my bank account and they have given me £44.96! tried to email them, finding an email address was difficult enough but no response, got them on on-line chat and they cut me off! got back on to them and they say its being referred to their finance department, who runs this site? Arthur Daley! England Rugby should be ashamed to associate themselves with a bunch of crooks.

Possibly the worst online store I have ever dealt with.

First, I had to pay £6 delivery and although it arrived on time the sweater was easily two or three times smaller than advertised. I could barely get it over my shoulders. So, I had to return it. That cost me another £5 and the refund took at least two weeks. So, in a nutshell, I paid £11 to try on a sweater that was ridiculously small. I contacted customer support about the £11 but they've not done anything. I will NEVER use this company again even though I am a big England rugby supporter.

Terrible company to deal with, informed trading standards, although returned product within 14 days, they still deducted delivery off the refund (contrary to what their return policy says). Only after constant arguing through emails they’ve refunded one way (but not the other way). If they don’t refund, why don’t they just amend their refund policy and let people know before they order stuff from them..

Ordered a child’s rugby top for Christmas in plenty of time and received an adult one. They said they would send out the correct one and I am still waiting. No reply to any emails and a very disappointed teenager. Expected so much better from a company who use the England rugby teams name. Awful awful

UPDATE!!! STILL NOTHING ARRIVED AND REFUND WHAT A SURPRISE NOT ACTIONED!!! WILL CONTACT FRAUD DEPT AT MY BANK NEXT! NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL! Message emailed and sent via FB messenger but won't ACTUALLY send.......'This STILL hasn’t arrived please advise'

Appalling service - no sorry or help. I ordered 2 shirts at the end of November, still no delivery via an even more shambolic Hermes. Orders seem lost but Customer Services can't do anything to help. Stay well clear of England Rugby Store - they are useless

I placed an order with the England rugby store in plenty of time for Christmas delivery to me was 13th December latest,
Now the 20th still nothing, have tried multiple avenues to contact the so called help desk 😂 and all I am getting is an automated answer every time,so people be aware if you want answers from the customer service be prepared for a long wait.

Appalling customer service support. Item has been lost during delivery and customer services has informed me they cannot help !!!!. What a shocking response for such a large company. If I could give them no stars to share my experience, I would. Shocking customer service.

Ordered Dec 6th for delivery on Dec 9th. Its Dec 20th and items not arrived yet. All items were in stock when order placed. Contacted customer service and essentially rep was unknowledgable, unhelpful and offered no help or solutions only that there is 'no way your items will arrive for Christmas'. My order status was suspiciously changed after this call to delivery for Jan 6. Clearly an item was out of stock despite website saying otherwise. The rep lied to me on the call and could not explain why they were holding the whole shipment of 6 other items and didn't contact me to advise issues with order, but they were happy to take payment! These are gifts for Christmas.. why not ship items that are available or let me choose what to do. I could have figured out another plan but now with 5 days left.. I'm out scrambling.. service is horrible and so is this company.. BEWARE

Read reviews before my purchase and decided not to order. My product was in stock but with a footnote saying it wouldn't be delivered before Christmas. A few days later I went back to the product and the status changed to in-stock and dispatched within 1 working day.
I took a gamble as I really liked the product and wanted it for my wife so ordered it on Thursday night.
I received a tracking reference the following day and the product was delivered Saturday. Free p&p too!

Don't buy anything from them if you want delivery by Christmas. I put an order in on the website on 3rd December, having been taken in by 12 days of Christmas sale. The order was for 3 tops for my boys a Christmas presents. Having been shown on the website as in stock and dispatched within 1 working day. I am not likely to receive any by Christmas, if I get them at all. Email replies have just fobbed me off. Phone call only slightly better. You have been warned.
Update 28 Dec, after several phone calls and misleading return emails I got the items I ordered for my boys just before Christmas. The goods seem very good quality, time will tell.
So now get 2 stats as England rugby store have redeemed themselves.

If England rugby were to play like this company is organised, they wouldn’t score a try let alone win a game!
Ordered 2 different sized hoodies for my boys - when delivered one was the incorrect size. 2 weeks, 5 emails from me (they claim never to have received them) and 4 phone calls later, they finally admit to not having the size I wanted!
Not to be trusted!

The worse company I have ever dealt with !
They do not reply to any e mails no contact telephone number.
They need to look at other sites if they are to continue with an on line service eg Stuburt.
Delivery within 18hrs of order.
I have asked for the name of their CEO will they supply his name??

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from the englandrugbystore. Items arrived with one shirt missing and the white rugby cap is filthy (black marks) as though on the floor and dragged along. No packing slip included in delivery. No phone number to contact. The 'chat' doesn't work because it is a machine using algorithms, no phone number and the returns function doesn't - feeling totally ripped off - leave a 'bad taste in the mouth'. And definitely not encouraging my 'fanship' of England rugby. Ripping hard working people off to make the zillions for England Rugby to enjoy at our expense! Very grumpy. DO NOT BUY FROM ENGLAND RUGBY.

Absolute shambles of a company. Order sat doing nothing for 10 days, despite payment taken. Tried to email - it bounces back. Phone line not accepting calls and chat is not connected to a real person. Opened a PayPal case for refund. Seriously, avoid this company - and others under different names but same management - as they don’t seem able or willing to fulfil many orders.

I purchased a top on Black Friday and when I checked my credit card I discovered I had been charged the full price not the discounted rate. I queried this with them on Cyber Monday where there was another similar deal on and was told I had to send a screen shot of the deal on Black Friday! Obviously I hadnt taken a screen shot all I had was the original email code which I could send to them and the current deal, which was the same discounted price as proof. They replied to me on the Tuesday after all the deals had ended and said that they could not add the discount as the promotion had now ended, no further help or refund was offered. I acknowledged their incompetence at taking so long to get back to me (I had already been on the live chat and was told to email customer services, so I did try to get it sorted on a day when there was still a promotion on). I asked for details of customer complaints so I could take this further as it has cost me 25% more, (they might as well have robbed me) and I have been completely ignored!

Utterly dreadful DO NOTUSE! Ordered 3 items all of the same colour. When delivered one of the items was correct the other 2 were a different colour. I emailed and was asked to send a photo to prove they had sent the wrong colour. Obviously I was lying! Returned at my expense and then had to wait a month for a refund having chased them several times. Come on RFU dump this shower as soon as possible, they are ruining your name!

Bought 2 Christmas jumpers, needed to return one as it didn't fit, cost me £4.95 delivery plus 99p packing fee, I'm disgusted that I've got to now pay £4.90 to return it. Most companies charge you postage one way. Won't be buying from here again.

Is this really the official England Rugby Store? What a shambolic business. Fleece (shown as in stock) and alternative shirt (shown as pre order, delivery late October) ordered 16 October. E mail received saying fleece would be delivered 21 October. It didn’t arrive. After 2 e mails asking for update, response received 26 October advising me that the 2 items were due in store 15 January 2022 and would then be sent to me. This is nearly 3 months away!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS, DO NOT USE
