I’ve used this company twice now, very simple energy switch & very easy to use

Very professional and explained everything thoroughly, site survey and installation was excellent.

I found the whole process of applying for a boiler grant very easy. The people we spoke to knew what we needed and the installers contacted us within a few days. I am really impressed with the way everything was dealt with. Our conversations were informative and had a full explanation of what would happen and when, which for me was really important.

The fitters didn’t stop all day until they finished .cleared the old boilers away.

The two lads turned up, had the old boiler out in a flash, were polite and before we knew the new boiler was done. Left the bathroom spotless and all rubbish cleared away.
The boiler is fantastic.

Our old boiler had survived almost 20 years, but one more winter would have been its limit, I think. I mentioned to a neighbour we were looking and he suggested the grant scheme. Initially I tried to apply through the gov.uk website, but received no reply. As other sites seemed to be affiliated in some way, I chose the energywatch site. Service was regular and prompt, with the initial verbal agreement honoured every step of the way. The only alteration was on the day before fitting, when I was advised that the requested Vokera boiler wasn't in stock, but an Ariston with a 5 yr warranty could be fitted instead, which came with a recommendation, "Good," from the fitter. The plumber arrived early the next morning and was really easy going. When it turned out that the wrong stat had been supplied with the boiler, he drove out to purchase a new one.
So far, so good...

I would recommend this scheme to others who qualify.
