Great all round
Never heard of this company but thought I would give them a try. Ordered 7 electric spike lights for the garden. They were £10 each cheaper than B&Q for the same light, so saved £70. We received them 48 hours later and it was free delivery. I realised I needed another light, so ordered one more. Still free delivery and received within 48 hours. Would definitely recommend.

No customer service
You only really find out how competent a seller is when something goes wrong...
I placed an order for several light bulbs in late November. Order received swiftly - so far so good. I installed all but one of the bulbs I ordered the following day and initially all worked well. Just under six weeks later, one of the A60 B22 10W long-life LED bulbs failed - it flickered severely. I took a video clip of this and attached to an email I sent them. I also included the original emailed invoice so the seller had all my order details. I received no reply so I sent it again a week or so later. Still no response from seller. Another one or two emails were ignored then I telephoned and spoke with a lady called Raj who told me their email systems had been unreliable recently so she gave me her email address which I used to resend my email but still no reply.
We live in strange times. This isn't the first time that an item I have ordered online has quickly failed but I have been unable to return for a refund, replacement or credit code/note.
I paid for the order with PayPal but their dispute resolution service doesn't work properly (keeps logging out before I've input all the requested info and doesn't retain what I've already input) and my credit card company insist I should use the PayPal resolution service.
I imagine sellers, such as EnergyLightBulbs, are well aware of all this and realize that buyers are unlikely to pursue then for refunds of relatively small sums of money, so they choose to ignore us.
Looking at EnergyLightBulb reviews here, chances are your EnergyLightBulb purchase will go just fine, but if it doesn't, you may need to accept you'll be out of pocket. Would it be wise to risk placing a large order?

Hello we take customer service seriously, you are entitled to your feedback however, the email you used somehow ended up in our spam emails. Then you where asked to resend it to the correct email which we received. You where offered an replacement at no extra cost to yourself, the time between the email went to spam and was read when received in the inbox you had already left this review and asked for a refund via the channel you have explained above. As a large company sometimes these things can happen, we cannot help if an odd email goes into spam for we where at the time having a major system update to our email system which is now running correctly. This was just a replacement for 1 light bulb only, we feel for something like this the review is not a reflection of our company that you have given and you have stated 'you may need to accept you'll be out of pocket. Would it be wise to risk placing a large order?'. For one light bulb replacement we as a company are not seeing this statement made by yourself as a reflection of how we are and deal with our customers. We always provide replacements for defective items within the warranty period, we are prompt with our customer service and we do not certainly want our customers to be out of pocket as you have stated. Also to note we have many new and returning loyal customers that place large orders with us that have many positive things to say about us.

This is one of the best companies I have ever ordered from. My parcel was stolen and the customer service agent made sure I received the replacement handed to me in person.
They are so friendly and efficient and have the best range of light bulbs. I cannot recommend them highly enough

The bulbs I purchased were delivered promptly. Unfortunately, I had to return them as they were no longer required. I have received a full refund and I was impressed with the way in which this was dealt with.

Lighting is all about the detail
Great to see a lightning company stock a very niche bulb. I was delighted to find the bulb I required, LED filament, low wattage with a colour temperature of 1800k, which gives a lovely sunset orange glow. Well done Energy Light Bulbs, these are not available on Amazon!

Exceptionally strong quality at a very reasonable price
I bought 2 different types of bulbs 13 in total.
3 LED Candle SES E14 Warm White CANE14LED3W
10 PACK 5W Energy Saving C37 LED Candle Light Bulb 3000K E27 SKU: 10X5WC37WWE27
I wasn’t expecting such a quality bulb due a low price in comparison with other sellers.
I have to say what a fantastic speedy service along with the exceptional quality bulbs, and believe me I did check everyone, due to the packaging being damaged in transit, not one was damage due to the quality. Each bulb in the box had its own slot but were all loose. I was shocked they were all entacted and in good working condition. Not a crack in any of them. They had a lovely glow with just the right amount of light. As a suggestion maybe some bubble wrap to prevent the bulbs coming out of the slots. I can definitely recommend the quality and strength of these bulbs and will buy again in the future. Thank you
