The only problem I had was with the quality of the telephone connection we had making it hard the understand her. Lily’s determination to make it right!
What made my experience so great was the help and persistence of Lily Jacob!! She worked very hard to figure out why a parts order I placed was canceled with a very limited explanation, Lily was able to figure it out and get my items reordered and they will be here in a few days!! It is people like Lily that take however long it takes to satisfy a customer!! Thank you very much Lily!!!
