SeyVillas EN Omdömen

We decided to book our weeding trhough SeyVillas since we wanted to have german speaking counterparts. The organisation as communication went pretty fine. Our requests have always been forwarded to the local coordinator and we always received a confirmation from SeyVillas whether our requests could be fulfilled or not.

On site we, unfortunately could feel the time pressure our coordinator always had!
- Although it was agreed at the beginning through SeyVillas that the decision on the exact beach will be made together with the coordinator and he will consult us on where its best to get married on that day, he just brought us to one beach very close to our hotel so that efforts are not to big.
- pictures of hairstyles which we have sent to SeyVillas in advance which has been confirmed by the coordinator has not been forwarded to the hairdresser. We luckily brought some printouts so that we could show it to the hairdresser.
- Video and Photo quality is only so so. do not expect that you receive a perfectly made video. Consider to order the package where you get the raw-format so that somebody else can redo the video as you will need it.

We think most of the couples are of course happy that such companies as SeyVillas exists so that a wedding at the beach could occur but there is room for improvement

Great service, arranged our first couple of nights at the Beach House in Mahe which was lovely and organised our transfers from the airport and to the port

Seyvillas are very good with handling the customer , Detailed website with more info on the places , hotels and other services . And they have answered every queries , payment is more secured . Ground staff are very helpful with the settlement.

Everything where good as promised and expected 😊

felt I could call on Seyvillas if needed. There was a named person at the end of the phone. Very important for a solo traveller.

Very helpful and efficient service from first enquiry. Loads of information about the islands on the website.

Very organized, friendly staff. The personal aides (located on the 3 different isles) did a good job helping us, but some were a bit better then others. Overall we had an amazing trip and SeyVillas did a very good job getting us everywhere and making us feel welcome.

Very easy to deal with and efficient, it made us feel confident our holiday plans were in good hands

Excellent communication.
Quick and informative - also very friendly, working hard to give the customer best possible experience.

Very good, 5 stars!

Most of our vacations was excellent. We liked the hotel and staff. The flights and transfers all went very well.
The only issue was an excursion Creole set up for us was changed from a catamaran cruise to a bus tour and we were not notified of this until we were on the bus headed to the ferry. We felt this was done intentionally and were not given any kind of refund or discount.

We had quick and proffesssional help from Gessica at the SeyVillas office. She helped with room and tips.
Thank you for great help :)

The accommodations were excellent and the customer service at each accomodation on the three islands we stayed at (Mahe, Praslin and La Digue) was outstanding! Booking and payment systems should be updated as they are time consuming and not straightforward.

Great snorkelling, great cook on the boat, outstanding wildlife, with turtles and tortoise, rays, morrays anfmd hundreds of smaller fishes everyday.

Set your expectations for 32 degrees and 80% humidity and no wind.

The crew is a bit tired, they are really pro and friendly, but I think they would benefit from a day off. I think they left the harbor with new customers the same day we ended our trip.

I booked two different places with SeyVillas, they both was very good! We stayed 3 nights on La Digue and 7 nights on Praslin. I got vouchers from SeyVillas which just i gave to the receptions. Every place was as described. Next time i will stay more on La Digue. I love the wild beaches accessible only by foot trough the jungle :)

Very quiet place, nice people.

Travel arrangements with seyvillas were excellent with e-mail. questions and price inquiries answered very quickly. Everything that was agreed was 100% correct. Great thanks for the successful travel arrangements

The experience was wonderful. Alot of beautiful beaches to explore. The people are friendly and very helpful. The food was awesome.

Everything was very fine. We are very pleased with our holiday.

Everything was excellent on the SeyVillas services from the booking of the trip via web page and email communication to the actual holiday trip and arrangements during it.
