The packaging was very poor
The packaging was very poor. Brown paper and wrapped with a bit of "fragile" tape, resulted in the wooden box (that housed the 3L "Jeraboam" I ordered as a gift for a friend's 50th birthday party) getting damaged.
Thankfully the bottle itself was undamaged but I had to discard the wooden box/manufacturer's packaging.
I know how high Kyla's standards are and she wouldn't be happy to read this review, however all feedback is valuable. I realise that the problem wasn't just Emperor's choice of flimsy and inappropriate packaging, but more than likely also the way the product was handled during shipping by your courier company.
Nevertheless thought I'd bring it to your attention.

Hi Herby, Thanks for your feedback. Was the wooden box damaged? We dont have anything big enough to package the Jeroboam in as it is an usual size!
