Every time I express frustration that I don’t want any more calls, the caller promises me that they’ve scratched me off the list. Years. It’s been years!!! It’s Friday today and I’ve had four calls from “wine club” this week already. Years!!!

Looks like a scam
I was so happy when I’ve got the discount, but a month later the charge me $40 without my consent. I cancelled the subscription that I didn’t even know about, and hope to bot be changed again, but I scared with all this comments saying that they are a big scam.

Becoming an Angel with us is not obligatory; however, it is the best way to buy from us as an ongoing customer. By the sounds of it, you ordered and signed up to be an Angel via one of our promotional Angel case offers, so apologies if this came as a shock to you and that you didn't receive any communication.
As an Angel, we offer discounted wines, free monthly bottles (when buying 12 or more bottles) and also discounted delivery. The Contribution of $40.00 is not a membership fee but will get added to your Naked Wines balance, adding up each month, with that balance being used towards your next purchase of wines before the difference (if there is any remaining) comes from the card on your account.
With this being said our Angel program is extremely flexible and you are welcome to cancel at any time, any of your money can be refunded directly back to you.

Subscriber charges trap hidden
No I did not agree to a monthly subscription to appear in my statement. If I want wine I’ll order it when I want. I’ve seen the complaints from people who’ve been caught out by this where they’ve had issues discontinuing, cancelling and are receiving pushy emails. So no thanks and I’ll go elsewhere.

I’m not an idiot
I’m not an idiot, but I swear I didn’t intend to sign up to a subscription model and thought I was making a one off purchase. Once I realised, I swear I worked through the process to cancel. Next month - more money taken out. I’ve cancelled again, going through the 7 or so clicks and confirmations to cancel. Really frustrating.

2nd time I had to write this review? I see Naked wines has put there hands in my account again, this time I will be contacting the credit card issuer I see this as fraudulent and scamming behaviour and disrespectful, I have emailed them several times yet they still put there hands in my account???

From what you’ve described, it sounds like you may have taken up one of our introductory “invite” offers, which includes joining as a member (Angel). Membership involves a monthly contribution that goes into your Naked account balance for you to spend on wine whenever you choose.
We would never take payments without authorisation, and we’re very happy to sort this out quickly for you. If you’ve already contacted us, please reply again with your details so we can locate the account, stop any future contributions immediately, and arrange a refund if appropriate.

I got this spam when I bought from Mobileciti
I got this spam when I bought something from Mobileciti. I'm also none too happy with them either. I'm years sober, and don't drink, but what about alcoholics? Just having this stuff pop up in their inbox without any permission whatsoever. I never, ever signed up for or even hinted I would be interested in this.
The advertising is also misleading. Because you get $100 off the wine without getting a spam email coupon anyway just going to the base website. So the email is just fluff. The way they rope you in it seems is sneakily signing you up to a subscription where they withdraw $40 a month into 'wine credit' that you can't easily cancel or get back. It seems 90% of people don't notice that with a purchase they are also signing up for recurring billing.
I am so sick of these deceptive practices in the market. This is too many strikes. Emails I never asked for and deceptive and misleading marketing.
Very disappointed, in Mobileciti too.
