Impressed.
As I am a stomach sleeper much to my surprise the Emma comfort bed has worked wonders for my back and hips. Only been using it for last 2 weeks and omg I'm impressed. This was my last resort after going through $$$ on high end mattresses only to be left disappointed and in pain. Not anymore. Well done Emma team

Got sore back now
I have had this mattress for about one year and it starts to sink. My weight is only 51kg, I have a sore lower back every morning when I wake up. I can even feel the mattress is uneven when I lie down and all the weight is on my lower back.

Still early days but so far am sleeping…
Still early days but so far am sleeping worse and waking up with really sore hips and neck, almost to the extent I struggle moving.
But persevering and hoping will get better with a bit more use.

Normally it takes around 4-6 weeks to get used to sleeping on a new mattress, especially if there is a vast difference in firmness between your old one and your current one. Your body might require some more time to adapt to the new level of support, especially if you have been using your previous one for a long time. Back pains gone.
At first I thought I had made a horrible mistake. The first night we had my 6mnth old memory foam topper on top and woke up feeling sore. I thought it was too firm. 2nd night I took the topper off and thought I would give the mattress a chance to what it was designed to do with out interference. After the 3rd night I woke up with no more back pain! I had slept a full night and my husband no longer keeps me awake with his snoring or restless turning all night- its fixed his issues too. If he still has restless legs the shaking doesn’t constantly wake me any more! A week later and my sleep tracker is showing I am getting the best sleep I have ever had and I realise now that my old mattress was far too soft and was the reason behind all my back issues. I brought it on special and I was very pleased with the price. Easy hassle free delivery and was simple to set up.

An awesome mattress topper :)
I love my new Emma mattress topper. I did a fair bit of research before I decided on the topper that might be best suited to my needs, and this hasn’t disappointed. It’s firm, but also so comfortable, so is supportive with no muscle aches as a result of the additional ‘softness’ of the mattress. My new topper is a big hit with me - I absolutely love it!

Poor and unreliable delivery services
I ordered the bed on 2 November, gave the instruction to dispatch it on 19/11 as I will move into the new place on the day and I needed the mattress on that day to sleep on. I received no communications with regards to delivery until I got worried and got in touch on 18/11. No ETA provided, emailed again on 19/11, no ETA provided. Emailed again on 20, 21 and 22/11, no ETA provided. Super slow response from chatroom on website and email.
I had to arrange temporary accommodation because my new place don't have a mattress to sleep on. Because they are unable to give me an ETA, I don't even know how many days of accommodation I need to arrange. I requested some form of compensation but I received no response. This is by far the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had.
I still have not received the mattress at the time of writing.

Good service and very happy with the mattress topper. I was sick and isolating, sleeping on a pull out bed. The topper transformed my comfort levels. Amazing.
