Going from a very firm Mattress to the premium mattress I'm actually excited to go to sleep. Coming from someone who gets 5-6hrs usually to now 7ish hrs

My daughter has been experiencing back…
My daughter has been experiencing back issues. I knew her mattress wasn't that great, so I did a bit of research and found Emma's site. I did more research and decided to surprise my daughter with an Emma mattress. My daughter now says her back feels much better and is not waking through the night because of it. I found that for my daughter's purpose that this was a great find.

Too soft
Emma Comfort mattress is way too soft even when the description says it is medium to firm. It sags quite a bit under the hips.

Normally it takes around 4-6 weeks to get used to sleeping on a new mattress, especially if there is a vast difference in firmness between your old one and your current one. Your body might require some more time to adapt to the new level of support, especially if you have been using your previous one for a long time.

I bought the Emma Comfort mattress and topper pad withe the free pillow
I bought the Emma Comfort mattress and topper pad with the free pillow. The pillow and topper pad arrived first a few days after ordering followed by the mattress about a week later. They all arrived in good condition and within a respectable time frame.
It took me a few days to set them up and the first night I slept on my new bed it was very different to my old bed and I didn’t sleep too well but after that my next couple of nights I slept very well. The mattress was very comfortable and my shoulders and hips felt so much better the next day. Tonight will be my third night and so looking forward to another good nights sleep. I did not find the pillow to my liking but will use it on my spare bed.

Hello Karen. Thanks for letting us know how you feel about your purchase. Normally it takes around 4-6 weeks to get used to sleeping on a new mattress, especially if there is a vast difference in firmness between your old one and your current one.
As for the pillow, the 3-layered structure allows you to find a suitable mix for your sleeping position. You're free to swap the layers around or take one layer (or two) out.

This is my second purchase,and I love the product. I'm very upset at the delivery of the mattress. It didn't arrive when the track said it would, so due to my help being here on said delivery and no mattress, I still have a mattress in a box. Been unable to get my help back yet. As I'm in my late 70's and disabled I'm reliant on family who live 2 hours away. Also a mission when it came without notice was a driver who could speak English or understand how to operate the gated complex. Extremely stressful for me as he kept ringing me then hanging up, took 20mins to get my mattress, not good enough.

purchased for placing on a very hard mattress which has given me lots of back and hip pain -so it means a lot of very restless nights
Our new Emma topper has miraculously solved all my pain issues.
I now sleep nearly all night long and wake quite rested and best of all pain free.

The first few nights were amazing
The first few nights were amazing, however on about the 4th night I started to get pins and needles in my arm - the side I lie on. This has subsided as my body got used to the bed.
Definitely the best mattress I have tried - 8 nights later and have no regrets.

Dislike: The dodgy timer clock on their website. On sale for 2 hours left (then just resets in the morning)
Dislike: Mattress is a lot harder than a 5/10. I'd hate to feel what a 10/10 feels like.

Topper mattress
I bought a topper mattress recently because my mattress is getting softer. It makes my back sore. I think the topper makes much better but I still feel soft.
