I can only agree with some of the other reviews, the jewellery is coming from China and the person "Emily" is a con. I received confirmation of delivery of 2 rings ordered at Christmas and 1 minute later order not delivered, I was told by the seller to contact the carrier 4PX and by the carrier to contact the seller!! What a farce. I have referred to Paypal hoping for a refund

ABSOLUTE CON.
Beyond annoying that I feel for this. Came across it on facebook, thought it was legit by the selling it as ' Business closing down after 35 years'.
Then to see it is coming from China was highly disappointing. When it arrived it was all chucked in a box ( 3 items- 2 rings & a necklace) all tangled. The quality is shocking and nothing like photos.
Please don't purchase from this site!!!!!

I wish I’d checked reviews first what a load of rubbish and all the way from China 🤬this is not gold it’s gold colour, it’s such poor quality

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchase the three items I did 🥲🥲
They were not silver as stated and certainly not handmade, I measured my finger using the guide on the website and when they arrived they were about two sizes too big and the earrings were massive and nothing like picture on the website.
‘Emily’ kept replying offering me 20% off the order and 20% of the next back and forth and then said I’d need to return exactly as received within 24hours for ‘her’ to process the refund , plus send proof of posting and sending certificate,
All of which I did,
Th returns address was clearly marked on the package I received and I emailed this to ‘Emily’ initially when I first asked for a refund - she kept trying to persuade me to take a discount instead!??

Once the certificate of sending and photographic evidence of the return had been set up and sent via Royal Mail 24 tracked.
Emily then told me that the returns address they sent on the package was incorrect and so I have lost my £65 plus the postage for 24 tracked on top.

Absolutely gutted I fell for this scam.

Yep..the website looks fantastic..only to be sent stainless steel rubbish that doesn't resemble the product picture..its misleading and the website is not what it seems.I can buy this rubbish from the market for next to nothing..pile of crap! Refund and recharge next..don't bother buying anything!!

Website is a scam, Emily is not real. Jewellery is cheap nasty and not true to size. I expect the rings will make your fingers go green

❗️SCAM❗️DON’T waste your money. I always check reviews before purchasing online items, but was caught out with Emilia’s Jewelry (similar to many more of these sites popping up.. Emilys Jewels) I ordered a few items, and when they arrived from China, they went straight in the bin, absolute crap 💩

There are innumerable sites like Emily’s. The more I look the more that pop up! ‘Thomson’s Oxford’, Amelia’s Jewelry (not spelt Jewellery - the BOT must have made a mistake), Velora London, Brown-London, Harclay London… and so on. Many, many more to find as well, which is quite concerning. I now find a personal friend of mine, who is very vulnerable, has been duped/scammed by one of the above nasties.

This company is a scam. Company responds to emails and Facebook posts saying your goods are on the way but the tracking info never updates and the goods don’t arrive.

This company website is a scam. There is no Emily who is retiring. Purchase and you will find that the website links to China, the domain name only active since October. A fake tracking label is then created and your parcel doesn’t move.
If you’ve purchased, get on to your bank and start the charge back process!!
Dishonest and disgusting!
