SO WHO IS THE PERSON IN THE ADVERTISEMENT,BET IT ISN'T EMILY!!

I tried to leave comments about their scammy ways on Facebook but they kept deleting my comments.
Save photos of any of the items they sell on their site and Google reverse the images. You'll find them in temu, aliexpress alibaba etc.
All the so called hand crafted jewellery is cheap tat imported from China!
But every time I post a link to the items which are originally sold on temu for a pound they take down my comments.

They are reselling cheap mass produced goods they buy for a pound for £30 pounds a piece.

I never received my order, so I contacted my bank to request a refund. Shortly after, I received an email from the company stating that my order had been delivered and instructing me to contact my bank to cancel the refund request. This is clearly a scammers!!!

Do not go near this site. Crap from china is all you will get. Total con!

This company has a fake profile saying that they are selling handmade jewellery from their English business. However, they are selling crap, cheap jewellery from Alixpress. They should send the order in 48 hrs, I received mine after one month, and after chasing with them. The jewellery came from China. When I wanted to return them, they offered me 20%, then 30% and finally 50% as a compensation. But the jewellery wasn't worth even 50% of their original price. Then I experienced the issue with getting the address for them to be returned. Finally, they provided me with the address but in China. Now, they received my return but ignore all my emails. Do not order from them as this is a scam company!!!

What an absolute rip off. I ordered 2 sets of rings supposedly real silver, they definitely weren't. I complained but got nowhere. They ought to be ashamed for scamming people, but then again why would they be?

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful ring reduced from £99 to £28 as it was perfect for me but it is totally fake! It has started to tarnish after only 2 weeks.
The offer also stated that if I bought 2 of them it would be £35.
But when the order came with the receipt, the offer said buy one get one free! There was only 1 in the box.
This has been a total waste of money that was actually given to me as a present.
I emailed them for a refund but have had no reply.
Clearly this is a scam and I'm angry that I fell for it!

So annoyed I didn't read the reviews prior to purchase however really believed the site to be genuine! Product received was extremely poor quality and nothing like as advertised. As per many people's experience I've tried to arrange a refund which is proving extremely difficult and I'm now being ignored!

There should be a 0 star option because that's what I would give to this thieving seller. Earrings I ordered were supposed to be white and opal ( I obviously thought at the time they couldn't be opal because of the cost but I thought that they would resemble the colour of an opal ). They absolutely do not they are a dirty pale yellow and look very cheap . Like everybody else has said I fell for this scam, hook, line and sinker. I believed the story completely and even believed the reviews posted on the site. I was going to send them back and also put a review on the website however it seems this is not possible and returning has been made very difficult. This site should be removed

Please do not purchase from here, I ordered 3 items received only one and one was faulty. Having great difficulty arranging refund

Gutted I fell for this. Should have known it was too good to be true.
The ring I ordered is a base metal, so oversized and took around a month to get to me. Emily is not Emily. They are now not responding when wanting a refund. This website needs to be taken down!!!

The website looks entirely believable but it's not.

This is a fraudulent business. Their model is to entice buyers by pretending / misrepresenting that the business is owned by a woman who is retiring and selling off her remaining handmade items.
In fact they are factory made in China.
Once received, the business then makes getting a refund very difficult, by asking for returns to be sent to China. This is evidence of the fact that this is not “Emily”s business.Do not be caught out. If you have received the stuff, do not return to China. They only ask this to put you off returning.

You have been misled in entering into a contract on the basis that it is UK manufactured quality jewellery and therefore there is no obligation to return to China .

I will return the items to the return address clearly stated on the package, in the UK. This is where the goods are distributed from.

If no refund is provided I will ask my bank to refund me.

Total scam. What is pictured is not what is sent. Then when you dispute, they attempt through multiple emails to try you to keep the product at 20% discount, then 30% and finally full refund if I pay to ship back to them. Do not buy. Heartbreaking to see such misrepresentation of the "artist" and the product.

Do not buy from this site, truly awful cheap jewellery from China, bought some as Christmas presents, took ages to arrive, I was so upset when they finally came, cheap stainless steel, unfinished enamel and really uncomfortable to wear, total scam and waste of money 🤬

This is scam, do not buy goods from this seller. They advertise goods as silver but it's stainless steel and then when u ask for a refund they don't honour it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Awful quality product. Total misrepresentation in the product description and photos! Do not buy from here. Claim good refund policy but not so in practice

25th January Really furious what a Scam. My ring I ordered was stated as being Silver when it's actually stainless steel.
It's deception saying its a family business NONSENSE. It came from China. Remove this sight.

Please do NOT purchase from this company ( or similar selling the same goods and claiming to be small craftsmen making handmade jewelry!!). The rings I ordered are NOT 925 marked silver as claimed. Rather they are an inferior stainless steel you can pick up for a fiver from a market. The moonstone earrings are tiny and are cheap tat. I suspect they came from China so can't be bothered to send back. When will I learn....if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Lesson learnt, please don't make the same mistake.
