Quality not as good as expected
Prompt service but I was expecting the velvet to be much thicker. A friend bought some a few years ago to cover a sofa (which I helped her to do) at the time I was impressed with the quality of the velvet. The sample which arrived is just not the same, so I don't know what to do now.

I am sorry to hear that your sample did not match your friends from years before. Sadly suppliers change over time so we cannot always guarantee exact matched over a lengthy time period.

Got a pack of 5 furniture labels which came 3 days later in the post. Just what I wanted, and a very fair price.
