Well I just Started using Elizabeth Arden and it's not bad I see a little change and I hope if I use it more there will be a bigger and better change

I recently purchased items direct from the website. The transaction was very smooth with no issues and fast delivery. I also love the products and would definitely order again. Highly recommended 👌

Regrettably, I didn't check reviews before making an online purchase, trusted the name to live up to expectations.
Three days post-purchase, I received a cancellation email stating the item is unavailable/out of stock. Although a refund was issued on the fourth day, had I been aware sooner, I could have explored other options for better deals during the sale period.

Elizabeth arden discontinued perfectly nude flawless foundation which was my favourite. I wish they restock it

Products are ok, but the company won't take care of their customers. I recently received my order, but out of the 5 items ordered, there was only 1 inside the package. I called the company, but they won't issue me any refund or send me any replacement, instead, they asked me to file claim with FedEx, even though the box was intact when delivered, and they are fully aware that claims can only be filed by the shipper. They are making it hard on the customers, so they can get away from sending you replacement or give you a refund.

Products are good but don’t buy direct! Too many failed orders and poor customer service. The offers don’t go through as advertised either.

Vitamin C serum excellent. Been using for years. This time, made the mistake of buying through Elizabeth Arden direct. Ordered Sept 7. Received Nov 2. Many inquiries sent to follow up. First one asked, since a sale started 3 days after my order, could they include me, since it had not shipped. NO. Then I had to email 4 times to customer service - each time they replied asking me to write to the email address they were replying from. They do not deserve my business. I have been using Elizabeth Arden since my twenties and I am near 50 now. No customer service and they couldn't give you the time of day. No discount, no sale, no apology - just the run around.

Terrible service, the sales woman in Boots was trying to sell £190 ( 30ml) intensive serum to me and claimed that she was using it. But there was no luminous effect on her neck, I asked whether she was using for her neck, she was so angry and asked why did you ask 3 times. I tried on my hands, it was luminous and shining. So I suspect she actually didn’t use for her neck, that was why I asked. Finally, I said it was kind of uneven skin tone after 3 times agresssive “ why”. She was so angry and didn’t want to serve me. Unprofessional acting and try to mislead people to believe she used the serum on her face and neck, however, her neck was dark with lots of black spots, how would any customers who would believe she had used this serum, or this intensive repair serum actually never worked? Horrible customer service.

Constant 'offers' but each time I go to use them I go all through the process and then it wont work. Customer service said 'clear your cookies etc'. Well, I tried many times on various devices and still nothing.
Have used EA for nearly 20 years and spent a fortune - not any more. Whoever is running this Company now needs to get out!!

Placed an order from website that advertised free delivery but noticed on confirmation that I had been charged for express delivery. Contacted helpline who informed me I had selected express delivery. I didn’t so obviously set as default. Had I of known about all of the bad reviews I wouldn’t of ordered from them. Lesson learnt won’t order again just hope my order arrives!

I just had a consultation with Tracy brand ambassador for Elizabeth Arden in Boots, The Pavillion shopping centre, Swords, Co.Dublin.

It felt more like a luxury treatment than a consultation.

Tracy as well as having great product knowledge instinctively knew what would suit me and shared some great tips on application etc.

I'm looking forward to a return visit soon.

Not good. Ordered approx £150 of products as a new customer with a discount code. 1 week later had not heard anything or received the items. Chased up and was told there was an issue, no idea when items would be posted. So I have cancelled my order and will take my money elsewhere! Waste of time!

Absolute disgrace. 3 sunscreen sticks totalling £60 used 7 times and mechanism stopped working one was new and can’t used at all. Contacted customer service and they do not want to know. Waste of time I will now completely stop buying from this brand completely. I have just accepted that I have been conned out of £60. Never will I touch this brand again.

I order Elizabeth Arden Blue Grass Perfume Spray, received NO email confirmation, and now worried my Visa has been compromised.
So sick of these experiences and shall never order from them again.

Products are absolutely Beautiful to use ,l use Green Tea, moisture and perfume everyday , Loved the bodywash ,is this not available any more, very disappointing

I bought the white tea body cream and perfume. The cream was watery and the perfume was not very lasting at all...very disappointed

Le retour des produit doit être fait uniquement via le transporteur DPD. C'est la galère car les points de dépôt qui acceptent l'envoi en France sont rares.

If there was a zero star rating option ide use that. I’ve been a very very loyal customer to E.A since I started to wear makeup when my nana showed me the “good makeup”. This year I’ve bought my usual mascara just after Xmas as was on offer I got two… within a few hours my eyelashes hurt and hurt to touch so I just decided to remove it. I use high end products to remove my makeup. I couldn’t remove it from my lashes at all u like any other time, it eventually clumped together and I’m so so sad to say that my eyelashes just came out. I’ve got a gap.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON OFFER! I bought from boots. Totally gutted and will be seeking professional guidance. I’ve still got the products and will be getting them tested to compare products as they’re in the same packaging but obviously miss made and therefore become sale products, notttt because the company wants to treat their customers and reduce the price slightly for a short period of time on offer!! Disgusting business and I will be taking it further.
