Excellent cosmetics and face treatments for skin

My husband bought me the 8 hour lip balm and intense cream gift box for Christmas. I was delighted! However when I opened this the lip balm in the tin had little dots all over it (like one of those agar jelly plates they use in labs to grow bacteria). I used an online app to check the manufacture date of the product. July 2018! It has a shelf life of 36 months, so it was due to go out of date in just 6 months.
When I contacted customer services they were rude and dismissive, saying that EA are well within their right to sell this product up to 3 years after manufacture. So cold and bottom line. However I did send it back and get a full refund, so that’s good, but was shocked at how cold and unfriendly customer services were.

I have purchased a number of EA products and they are good, so I decided to order some direct from their site. When I signed up, they offered a 15% discount using a promotion code. I have applied the code for 2 days now and it doesn't work. No amount of attempts to contact EA has produced a response. Its a con, black hole and there is no one to contact. Its really bad - for an international company, the service is really poor. My attempted order had a value of £352, so not an insignificant amount of money. For this sort of figure, you would expect someone to reply to an email or pick up the phone. Back to John Lewis.

I bought their Prevage product for brow enhancement. It costs £90!! They claim the effectiveness is backed up by extensive research. It's rubbish - I bought the product from reliable website (Net A Porter), used the product religiously every day for 3 months - not result whatsoever. I'm outraged that there are brands out there who produce scam products like that. \for this much money!! Shame on you Elizabeth Arden.

I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service to cancel my order. Due to the fact that it is over a week and hasn't shipped I wish to cancel. I was on hold for over 25 minutes, someone answered (finally!) and transferred me. I waited another 10 minutes and the call was then cut off. I have no idea how to get a hold of customer service. So frustrating! I don't want or need this product now and yet there is nothing to cancel on the website. I supposed I will have to now pay for shipping a return. This is poor when the item hasn't even been processed! I would not recommend this company!

Bought plump lip liner in vintage pink 04 , absolutely beautiful I love it but the liner seems to not do it’s job as no more liner can be used as the end twists round but nothing pushes out ? I have emailed Elizabeth Arden customer Services about how can I get the lip liner to push out more product so I can use it more than 5 applications as this pencil can not be sharpen ?
Replied and really helpful and have offered a Refund once they receive the item back ( Freepost address ) I have already bought another to replace this one but will be buying another ready for when I run out! as the plump liner is really lovely and stays on for hours !!!

Not impressed, my wife had a skin reaction following using their repair cream. I had recieved a request to leave feedback so I stated the same as above and my comment was blocked and removed. I also wrote to customer service and have been completely ignored.
