Do not ever buy from this scam.

They claim to have zero commitment and 60 day guarantee, but when you cancel the subscription and say that you tried the product with adverse effect they want you to send pictures.

Very intrusive. Unprofessional. Unacceptable customer service.

Im using this product from last 15 days and I see subtle difference in the arms which I didnt find using any other products. Trust me I have used every expensive product. This makes me happy and finally I can wear sleevless tops woth confidence

If i could leave zero stars I would. I wanted to purchase an eczema cream for my baby and toddler. I used a first time promo code which upon check out switched my item. Once I saw this and acknowledged this with the company they said i can return it. But yet what they dont tell you is you have to return it to CHINA! Which is why they saw its customers responsibility. They say they have USA locations but it cant be returned there, which i doubt is even true. So not only did i pay 40$ for an item I wont use they expect the customer to send it back to China which is over $100. They wanted to rectify the situation with a 5% refund. Not only did they swindle me out of my money there lack of customer service to make things right is non-existent. They just want your money and dont care about there customers.

I emailed about cancelling subscription and returning my order repeatedly but didnt hear back. do i need to contact my bank to. cancel this??

Customer service suck! I'm not seeing any results, so I tried to cancel my subscription. There is no option on their site, so I had to contact support. Long story short, they are refusing to cancel my subscription and will bill me because it "prevents discount misuse". The price is already expensive itself. Definitely won't buy from them again because of this issue

I got this lotion because I suffer from Keratosis Pilaris in my arms and legs, it's something I am always trying to improve with skincare but nothing worked until I tried this one.
First of all, I liked the ingredient list. Those 3 acids are perfect for exfoliation and improving skin tone and texture: glycolic acid, salicylic acid and lactic acid. Even though it has those acids, it was very gentle with my skin, I didn't experience any redness or irritation.
I liked that the lotion is very very light, my skin absorbed it very quickly and left my skin feeling very comfortable and hydrated, it wasn't sticky at all.
After a couple of days using it, I noticed my skin texture improved (specially in my arms), my skin was feeling softer and redness was reducing. Now I need a bigger bottle of this lotion because I am loving the results, I want to continue using it.

This company is a scam. I made what was clearly a one-time purchase and was then charged again £48 without my knowledge or consent. There was no clear information that this would turn into a recurring subscription.

After looking into it, I can see that many other people have experienced the same thing—being put on automatic subscriptions without being properly informed. This is not a mistake, it’s a pattern.

This is deceptive and unacceptable, and companies operating like this should be reported and stopped. I will be escalating this further.

Avoid this company unless you want to be charged repeatedly without your consent

I still have not received my order. There have been no updates since March 28. I have tried to contact this company twice to no avail. It’s a scam. Don’t do it.

DO NOT BUY — total waste of money.
The product doesn’t work, and to make things worse, I was later charged for a subscription I never knowingly agreed to. When I contacted them to cancel and request a refund, they refused to help. The only thing they offered was to stop future charges — no accountability at all.
This feels misleading and dishonest. Be very careful before purchasing anything that goes viral online.

I bought the 2 bottle bundle and they only sent me 1 bottle. I emailed them and they kept telling me that I purchased 1 bottle. I sent them proof of my purchase but no answer. Think this is scam. My skin hasn’t improved at all.

I honestly don’t understand where these high reviews are coming from. Top three reasons to avoid ordering from them:

1. Order cancellation ignored
. My child placed an order without my permission. I emailed the company within 10 minutes to cancel it. Their website clearly states that orders can be cancelled if you email within one hour of purchase. Instead of honoring their own policy, they ignored my email. Later, they responded saying the package had already shipped and there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable, especially since I contacted them well within their stated timeframe.

2. “Delivered” but never received
. When the order was marked as delivered, I never received anything. They provided a delivery photo of a random door that I do not recognize. I reported this immediately, but they dismissed my claim, saying it showed as successfully delivered on their end and told me to contact the shipping company. The shipping company also refused to help. I was left with no product and no refund, with both parties unwilling to take responsibility.

3. Unauthorized subscription. 
To make matters worse, I later received an email about an upcoming subscription renewal—something I never signed up for. Again, I contacted them to cancel it, explaining the original order was unauthorized. They refused to cancel unless I either paid an additional fee for a product I never received or placed another order. On top of that, their website does not allow you to remove your payment information, which is extremely concerning.

Final thoughts
: This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Between ignoring their own policies, refusing refunds for undelivered items, and making it difficult to cancel subscriptions or remove payment details, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I used this product for 2 nights as directed on my arm and underarm. Shortly after, I developed itchiness and small inflamed bumps in both areas. I stopped using it immediately, but I am now 3 days post-use and still experiencing irritation.

I did not introduce any new products, detergents, or environmental changes during this time, so this appears to be a direct reaction to the product.

Customer service offered only a partial refund despite the adverse reaction, which was disappointing.

I would advise others with sensitive skin to proceed with caution and patch test before use.

I really liked it, i can see a small difference but not a big one yet. As i have this issue from years. Hoping to see a big difference soon enough.

The product burns the skin it is nothing like they described in the reviews or videos. If you have mild eczema, it may help.
The reason I tried this was because it claimed to help extremely bad eczema. In addition, using over 30 days (I really hoped it would work through the discomfort), there is no change in skin condition. I would not recommend the product.
Plus, there is no one-time purchase option only subscription. So they lock you into 2 months' payments and possible returns but only on unopened from packing and 14-day waiting period if they decide you should have a return. It's literally one of my worst online purchases ever!

It absolutely doesn’t work for KP, doesn’t even touch it. Please don’t believe the fake reviews and save your money.

I purchased this 3 weeks ago. I received it right away then started using it with instructions twice a day and after 10 days the dots behind my arms were gone !!! I had pay so much money on treatments and this marvelous lotion fixed it right away it has also brightened my underarms. Im currently waiting on my second bottle because of how good it is just need to be consistent but it does work ! They have a Cuatumer for life 🤩

Scam. They sign you up for a hidden subscription that is impossible to cancel for months. When trying to unsubscribe from their emails, my browser actually blocked the website because it was so sketchy. It looks like this product is fake and advertised and supported with AI videos and reviews. Do not buy.
