Rubbish delivery driver
The jacket I ordered was great but what a carry on with delivery. The driver gave me a time so I waited in. I got a txt saying they tried to delivery . Not to this house. Then another date but no delivery. I had to end up redirecting to a shop . 3 times I went and it wasn’t scanning . What a carry on

We are so sorry that your experience was spoiled by the delivery driver, we ourselves have some great ones bringing us things and some not so good, so we know it's always frustrating when it doesn't go smoothly. If you have a safe place at your own house or a neighbour you know well and trust it is always worth putting that on everything you order from anywhere to avoid this sort of situation, as then the driver has no option but to leave it where requested if they get no answer at your own property ( or say they didn't )
Once again, our apologies that this ruined your experience - if it had been something we could control we would have made sure it went more smoothly.
If we can help you again in the future for something else please do give us a chance to make this right and turn your 2 star experience into one of our 5 star ones.

Helpful staff and beautiful leather rocking horse tack
Really helpful staff who could not have done more to help me with my purchase of tack for a rocking horse. They patiently advised me over the phone how to measure parts of the rocking horse and offered further support post purchase if needed. The saddle and bridle are beautifully made and are adjustable to ensure that they fit. Thank you very much for a wonderful service
