Excellent customer service
I ordered a body protector on line, but the one I wanted had just been discontinued. Angela, staff member, offered me to try the new model that had just come on the market which I did. Unfortunately the fit was slightly different and so did not fit as security. Return and refund was easy. Angela, was excellent and consistent all the way through our conversation via email, offering advice and support over a couple of weeks. Communication was fantastic! I highly recommend this company and will be looking to purchase other items from them in the near future.

Excellent product. Unfortunately they didn't fit my leggy TB, however, no complaints about the return process and they quickly refunded my money. Overall very pleased with customer service just a shame the boots didn't fit my horse 😑
