Ordered the Denver table with white…

Ordered the Denver table with white marble, and dark grey chairs , order was delivered within 3-4 days and great value for money,the guys that delivered was fantastic !! very polite and helpful. They also Called me a few times on their route to let me know the exact time they would be at my property with my order !! Great company all round would highly recommend

Fantastic Service

I made my order over the phone. The customer rep was amazing, friendly and professional. The service delivery team were exceptional, they delivered on the job with smiles on their faces. The whole team made my purchase a seamless experience. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase high quality furniture at reasonable prices.

I am extremely happy with these chairs

I am extremely happy with these chairs! They are stylish, sturdy, and very comfortable to sit on. The quality exceeded my expectations, and they were easy to assemble. The seller provided excellent service, with fast shipping and great communication. Highly recommend both the product and the seller for a fantastic shopping experience

Marble dining table

I ordered a marble dining table from Elite Ambient Interiors, the table was delivered the day after I ordered it and the two delivery men were very friendly and polite. They assembled the table for us very quickly and did a great job. We are very happy with the quality of the product. Thank you so much for such a fast efficient process and great communication and customer service 5 stars 🌟

Brought a dining table and chairs . Malik was so helpful and patient with my queries , he explained everything to me so well , that when the items arrived they were exactly as he said but the quality was far better than I expected. Would highly recommend and use again.

Bad customer service post delivery, rude and blaming customer

Order dark grey chair and light grey marble Denver table but deliver light chair. Contacted the team and explained to them but kept telling me I’m colour blind because what the delivered was dark grey. I won’t even bother to deal with a company who doesn’t acknowledge they’ve made a mistake. Completely rude and lack of customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your order. And we spoke to you on call no one was rude with you we spoke with you very politely. Yes you originally ordered a light gray table and dark gray chairs, and you also booked an assembly service for delivery and setup. The courier delivered the items and completed the assembly. They sent us a picture, which we then shared with you, and you confirmed that everything was correct.

Additionally, when you placed the order, we sent you a video of the dining table and chairs, clearly showing that the chairs were dark gray and the table was light grey. You confirmed that the colors were correct at that time.

Now, three days later, you are claiming that the chairs are not dark grey . However, when the courier assembled the dining set and we sent you the picture, you did not raise any concerns or stop the assembly. If you were unhappy with the color, you could have informed the courier before the assembly was completed, and we could have taken the items back. But you said my wife didn’t like the colour even we said we can change for you if you want more darker colour we have different chairs design and we can swap the chairs before we complete the conversation you hang up the phone. We called you again message you but you didn’t reply

Since you allowed the assembly to proceed, it indicates that you were satisfied with the items. Please do not leave a misleading review based on false claims.
