Products are delivered quickly but if you have an issue the Customer Service is SHOCKING!!

Had a problem with an order and took weeks to resolve.
Stopped using them for a while but thought I'd give them another chance - Wish I'd never bothered.

I will never use these again !!

When my order was dispatched, one of the items was out of stock. Invoice had hand written note stating a refund was due in this item. 3 weeks later, and the refund is still not here.

Ive stopped using this company after they kept sending me items I hadnt ordered in replacement for items I had ordered online. It was very frustrating to place an order to be then told items were out of stock and then receive replacements that were of no use. I totally understand things go out of stock, but this happened on more than one occasion . I suggest you update your website reflecting out of stock items so this doesn't happen

Absolutely terrible communication they do not reply to emails or answer the phone. They sent me the wrong items and I wanted to return them for a refund but they wouldn’t send me a pre paid return label even though it was there error.

Always comes on time with discreet packaging. I am able to track the delivery so I know exactly when it's been delivered. I am always able to find what I am looking for on the website.

I made an order with this company 28/4/26 for some vap pods and nearly a month later i still have not recieved order , after lots of e-mails regarding the purchase and also asking for a refund due to them not full filling purchase im just being told money has not been released by my payment suppliereven though the money has gone from my account. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST......

One star is to much useless to say the least i made an online order for them to say the payment failed it didnt fail it was pending out of my bank i tried for hours to contact them i eventually got through for them not to be helpful atal they wanted the order number but they should no if the payment had failed on there side i wouldnt have a order number so i screen shot the transaction off my bank to prove payment they said they will check 2 days ago so i have had to go to my bank to sort it its a shame really as ive ordered before with no problem avoid this place if you shop around you will see this place isnt the best out there honestly dont order do yourself a favour and whats app the number on the website and try and ring it and you will see

Good value, however sometimes orders go missing and I’ve heard some people never receive it and don’t get their money back. However I’ve never found this an issue if I email they will send me a replacement order it just takes a lot of time to arrive which is a bit of a neusance.

A complete joke. Absolutely useless customer service who never get back to you. Emails that must be sent to an unmanned address and a WhatsApp number that they reply to as and when they feel like it. Placed 3 orders and they have messed up 2. First order they sent me 5 items I didnt order instead of the 5 items I did and in the 3rd order they missed off 5 items completely. Now im technically about £40 out of pocket. Im never using this company again even if they were one of the only places I could get my tapes from. Please stay clear and trust the 1* reviews. I would give zero stars if I could. So angry.
