I placed an order 18 days ago, and still no delivery (supposed to take 2-3 business days). During this time I emailed Eliquid several times, tried to call, left voicemail, but had no answer at all. At a certain point I requested a cancellation & refund, but had no response. I’m out of vapes and need to buy it elsewhere, but the money is with Eliquid. I’m a loyal costumer for about 5 years, but in the last few months Eliquid became more and more unreliable; can’t be trusted anymore.

AVOID!! Take you money don’t deliver your order and ignore all contact. Fake numbers, emails ignored, WhatsApp ignored. Do not buy from these people you will lose your money for nothing.

I have been waiting for over six weeks…
I have been waiting for over six weeks for some kind of resolution from this company, I made the order and paid for goods, got an email saying order had been despatched the order didn’t turn up, made contact with customer service team they said they had not got the stock needed to for fill order so could I select something else, I explained that I only use the product that was ordered, so could I please get a refund from them. I have tried so many times to get someone from this company to help me with this issue ! But with not any success . Don’t use them , I am almost £40 out of pocket and no goods for the order this company excepted .

I made an order November 2025. Only part of the order arrived. I have emailed multiple times to request a refund. Initially they responded. They blamed various issues for why they could not refund immediately. They have now stopped responding to all my enquiries. I can only assume that they do not intend to make a refund. If feels like a kind of theft.
In summary, find another provider, don't use this lot

Service gone down hill dramatically
Starting dealing with this company about 2 years ago and they were pretty good, quick delivery and any problems, like flavour out of stock they would Whatsapp you and offer alternatives. Last twice I have dealt with them though, absolutely shocking. Last time my delivery took over a month to arrive and they just would not respond to emails, WhatsApp's or calls. Decided to give them another chance last week incase it was a Royal Mail problem and ordered 3 x 25K Hayati units in mint. Order arrived as 6 Mr Blue refills, obviously someone else's order. Tried calling, put the phone down, Whatsapped pictures to show I had the wrong items. Ignored. Emailed 4 times only to get a standard reply that they've sent me request to the team. What does that even mean? Wont even acknowledge their error or respond. Really not sure how they are still in business to be honest and I will not use them again.

They are absolutely a nightmare
They are absolutely a nightmare! I have spent so much money on a purchase which has never been even sent out! 😣They ignore all messages and emails, and they don’t answer any phone calls!! Bank couldn’t help as it was an online debit card transaction so no protection… extremely disappointed THEY ARE SCAMMING people!!!!

I have ordered two e cigarettes and spare tips. Only one was sent. They do not respond to the phone number indicated on website or email address. The number indicated changed as well after a couple of weeks. AVOID

I ordered a black & gunmetal morph 3…
I ordered a black & gunmetal morph 3 vape online on 11th June. I received a message to say they didn't have it in stock even though the website said it was. I cancelled the order by email and bought my vape elsewhere. 2 weeks later a purple haze coloured version arrived in the post. I have been trying to return this for over 4 weeks but they do not answer the phone, reply to whatsapp or emails. I am now stuck with a vape I don't need and am £43 out of pocket. Poor service and wont be using them again. Buyers beware!

This company is useless, ordered my usual vape liquid, didn't arrive until nearly two weeks, and when it arrived they sent the wrong product, sent many messages and phone calls to no response

Awful! None existent customer service. Have ordered a few times, recieved orders wrong and the last order was over two weeks and not dispatched. Avoid if I were you.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Never received my full order. One of the item was missing. Contacted customer service but they never posted the missing item. Also the vape i bought from them, its worked only a month now its totally dead. Not buying anything from them anymore

Still not received my parcel
Still not received my parcel. Ordered on the 2nd of June. It’s now the 5th of July and still no sign of my parcel. They put the wrong address on it which makes no sense because I can see that I gave them the correct details. Utterly shocked by the customer service. Borderline impossible for you to get a response for them. Takes a week for them to reply to emails. And no one answers the phone. Improve your customer service!!!
