Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company! Placed an order of £40 at the beginning of February which has still not been received, apparently there was something wrong with the payment system, no refund and not received my order! Keep getting fobbed off with emails saying order is on its way but of course never happens! This used to be a great company I have ordered lots over the last couple of years not really sure what has happened but avoid unless you want to lose your money!

Do not play Russian Roulette with your money. At the point of sale and the web all looks great. Unfortunaly I did not read the reviews before ordering. I went for the best price !. I will be as brief aspossible, got notification that it was on its way to royal mail....days later no further

Tried contacting by phone many times... no answer tried messaging....no reply eventually 4 weeks later I got a message from Tony, clearly not his real name saying that the dispatch was dealing with it....in short they never had the goods in stock, the are very ignorant and do not have the common coutsey to reply..tried for refund for weeks and here we are 6 weeks later I had to get the bank to re-call the transaction. Pity I have to give these Rude lieing scammers 1 star. You may drop lucky but there again you might not, your choice.

All I get on the odd occasion when they can be bothered to reply to my emails is that the problem isn't at their end & that I should be patient...it's an absolute joke of a company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Placed an order 2 weeks and 1 day ago for 2 day delivery, still not received and the tracking hasn't updated at all. I've attempted to contact the seller repeatedly with no response for an update on the order nor a refund, just being completely ignored. Yet they still have the audactiy to send me promotional emails to buy more! Avoid this company at all costs!

This company still owes me money from february. I will not use again until I get my refund. Also in my last revies they pretended in their response to have posted stuff for free to apologise this never arrived.

Scammer alert.
Still no refund. I have contacted my bank and this has been raised as a scam / fraudulent transaction. My bank has been in contact with the bank associated with my transaction to Eliquid base and their account is empty so my bank can not get my money back either. These people are very clever fraudsters. I note I am not the only one by the reviews on Trustpilot.

Products are delivered quickly but if you have an issue the Customer Service is SHOCKING!!
Had a problem with an order and took weeks to resolve.
Stopped using them for a while but thought I'd give them another chance - Wish I'd never bothered.
