I only added one bulb to my order despite the lamp taking 2. Someone contacted me and asked whether they could arrange for an extra bulb to be added to my order.
Item is as described, works beautufully and of excellent quality. Very satisfied.

Such great service and great product
Ordered the Mario lamp and a day later got am email asking if I wanted a bulb included. Such a great after sales service. Light got here safely in about 3 days and it is beautiful.
Excellent service. Will def purchase from them again.

The lights looks very good, I wanted to install them first before I could give a review, service was great aswell, I liked that they communicated with and advised me to add the bulbs and I didn’t wait long to receive my order.

Delivery and purchase was great. But the website lacked details regarding the fixture itself. Does not show the part of the light that attaches to the roof, which is important for planning installation

Excellent Service
First of all, the products are great and there is a huge range. The packages arrived promptly and were safely wrapped. I haven’t opened them as they are moving with me but am very excited to unwrap them and fit them in my new home.

My order is for the village
My order is for the village, and in all honesty I battle with delivery, its either courier drivers never want to reach my area because they say it is far, and some when they do the package is damaged!
Not with elevenpast and their courier partner, I am so happy with my order and it arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was also impeccable, definitely for fragile stuff! I cant wait to use my lights.

Finally Found the Perfect Bedside Lamps!
I’m so happy with the service I received. Delivery was fast, and the bedside lamps were securely and beautifully packaged, so everything arrived safely.
I’ve been searching for bedside lamps for such a long time, and I was thrilled when I found these. They are even more beautiful in person and really brighten up my bedroom. Highly recommend!
