We love the Rhos on Sea and the Llandudno shops. Staff always friendly and helpful. We’ve have been purchasing our footwear from here for the last 5 years without experiencing any issues.
We aim to support family/ independent businesses.

I have visited the Chester store twice and both times received excellent service. Will definitely be going back to see their winter range.

The Llandudno store offers a wide selection of footwear by various manufacturers and I was thrilled with my experience as I have been for years when it was run by different owners. My original purchase felt fine in the shop but less comfortable when I tried them again at home so I was able to exchange them promptly for another pair of shoes without any difficulty whatsoever. Considering the choice, supportive and informative salesladies and the friendliness and ease of the exchange I can't praise the shop enough. Thank you!

I've never been able to shop 'in person' but I feel I get a great level of TLC whenever I place an order.

Excellent quality shoes. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it as they last. I tend to buy quite a few pairs in the sales and they last ages. Would highly recommend this shop. Service was excellent too!

Ordered shoes on line and picked them up at the shop, this means you can try them and if there's any problem they will sort it out.

Excellent service and choice of decent footwear. Staff will go out of their way to source sizes and styles if your choice of footwear isn’t available in store. They can deliver or expedite to the store. Look out for the sales, excellent value. It makes a huge difference shopping in a store that provide decent footwear. I’ve had several bouts of surgery on my feet and need quality without paying ridiculous prices. The staff are there to help and make you feel welcome. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My go to footwear shop. I've shopped for a few years now, both in the Llandudno and Rhos on Sea branches. The staff are friendly, helpful and never pushy. Great range of footwear and if they do not have your size or colour they do their best to get them in, as quickly as possible.
Pricing is very competitive and will suit all budgets.
Only place I go now, whether it's waterproof boots, walking sandles or something a little bit more special.
