How do I get a response to emails regarding return of item
I ordered a top and trouser set which is lovely but unfortunately the trousers don’t fit although they are meant to be the size I always buy. I have emailed a few times to ask how to return and no reply I have 30 days to return and don’t want to get o that point . The website gives info on emailing if you want to return something which I did and that didn’t work. I can’t afford to loose my money by being ignored and the return date is up there is no slip in the parcel

A frustrating experience
I placed an order for shoes on Ecco website, but
immediately received an incorrect confirmation from Elevate Your Sole, with no address or phone number. It took me over 24 hrs to trace my order as I spoke to 2 shops before tracing my order to the Chester branch. Only partial/incorrect details were passed to the owner who did not phone me but just sent emails that I considered unhelpful. When I received the order, it had not been corrected and I was charged for the return. I think part time staff were passing on incorrect/ partial messages

I’m sorry to hear that you remain unhappy, but I do need to clarify a number of points for anyone reading this.
As explained previously, I am an independent footwear retailer and have no connection to Ecco’s own website. I cannot receive, process or dispatch orders placed directly through Ecco. The order received by Elevate Your Sole was placed with Elevate Your Sole, which is why the order confirmation came from us.
When you contacted us, your concern was that you did not recognise our business name and had raised the payment with your bank. Several members of my team spoke with you, confirmed that the order was genuine, and explained that we would not be able to dispatch the goods while the payment remained in dispute.
Once the payment issue was resolved, we dispatched the item that had been ordered and confirmed on your order confirmation:
Ecco Soft 2.0 20650361510 Ladies Pure Cashmere Leather Lace Up Trainers in UK 7.5 / EU 41.
That is the item we received an order for, and that is the item we sent.
There was no request made to change the order before dispatch. The first time I was made aware that you believed a different item should have been sent was after the order had already been delivered.
Throughout this process, you spoke with several members of my team across more than one store. Each person did their best to help: they helped trace the order, confirmed that it was genuine, explained the issue with the disputed payment, and provided return instructions once required.
I do not accept that my team were unhelpful or that incorrect information was passed on. From start to finish, they dealt with the matter patiently, professionally and in good faith.
The shoes have since been returned and your refund has been initiated in line with our returns process.
Above and beyond
Mistakenly ordered the wrong size, when I realised and contacted the company they immediately corrected my mistake with no fuss.

Cant praise them highly enough, so helpful and efficient.
I sent them the incorrect return for another company and they relabelled it and sent it on!
They exchanged the slippers for a larger size too.

They sell seconds substandard footwear and do everything possible to scam you and a refund is a unpleasant rude fight with no consideration for good customer service. The feedback is simply unbelievable
