Managing my weight as I get north of 60 started in January after the Christmas and New Year feasting. It is not that I am overweight really, it's about being in control of my body. As I get older the few calories I need end up around my waist and it just feels uncomfortable.

I started elenzia CONTROL and within a few weeks I became aware that I was simply not interested in over eating. It was easier to say no to the extra chocolate and generally eat smaller portions. I have not consciously changed my diet. I am more aware of what I eat and just eaten less.

Over the last 8 months I have continued taking elenzia CONTROL and recognise that the supplement alone does not stop me eating when I really want to. If I want to enjoy an extravagant meal I can and will. I had a great summer celebrating an important Birtday.

It took less willpower for me to get into the swing again and taking elenzia CONTROL daily makes me aware and so it's easier to eat less.

The service from elenzia over the last 8 months has been pretty good. Product arrived on time mostly. The increase in information from elenzia about health, wellness and weight management has been useful.

To be honest, my impression so far is not very good. Placed my first order almost month and half ago and had to chase it up as it said ‘processing’ for a week. Took a while for response and was advised it was due for delivery that day. No dispatch email and no tracking number.

Decided to try another month to see if it really helped with appetite suppression etc and nearly two weeks later so am still waiting for item. Order this time advised ‘completed’ but no order arrived. Emailed and waited for reply, to be advised after a few days they had technical issue with DPD and new order was dispatched. I am still waiting. Phoned the number for customer services, to be told by lady that answered that she couldnt see any orders and someone would need to call me back.

I did receive a call advising order was once again for that day but my telephone number wasn’t on order and that is why no updates.

I appreciate the call back but surely if you are sending orders out you have to have a better system and ensure that numbers are added to orders, especially for customers to get updates.

Hopefully this will improve for next order or my custom will be lost

UPDATE
Order did arrive, however just finished first bottle and should still have had one days capsules left. Opened 2nd bottle and there are only 40 capsules in it and not 60. Awaiting response urgently

A Great Product!
I have been using Elenzia Fix for a month and already see some improvements as I am craving less sugar and less afternoon sleepiness.I feel its really helping me fix my microbiome.
