Nie kupujcie w tym sklepie to są oszuści, od ponad 2 miesięcy nie dostarczyli mi zamówienia i nie zwrócili pieniędzy, to zwykli zlodzieje

Nunca me llegó el pedido y nunca me devolvieron el dinero. Luego encontré el mismo producto en Shein por 50€ MENOS!!! NO OS GASTEIS NI UN EURO, todo está más barato en otras webs y es EL MISMO PRODUCTO!!!!

⭐ 1 estrella — No es lo que esperaba

El producto no cumple con lo que se muestra en la publicidad. Prometen unos rizos definidos, con volumen y un resultado espectacular, pero en mi caso el resultado está muy lejos de lo anunciado.

Además, el tamaño del frasco es muchísimo más pequeño de lo que parece en las imágenes de la página. Al recibirlo, la cantidad me sorprendió bastante por lo pequeña que es.

Considero que las imágenes y la publicidad crean unas expectativas que el producto real no cumple. No volvería a comprarlo.
Y muy caro de precio, es lo que más siento, el dinero tirado con lo que cuesta ganarlo, me da mucha rabia este tipo de publicidad engañosa, nos toman por tontos.

The product feels nice on me. Definite A+ rating for customer service. They were responsive, kind and helpful. Will use this company in the future again.

What a company! I love to be able to write positive reviews and Laura B did an amazing job for me. In my rush to complete my purchase I didn't realise I hadn't put the dot on Buy One Get One Free. Now in my mind I had, but it was not until I had paid I realised I had only ordered one bottle! Anyway, firstly I had a mini breakdown, then I decided to think and look for an email address.
I explained my mistake and was advised if my order hadn't been completed their end they could possibly add the other bottle. I just needed to email my order number. But.... before I had chance to do this Laura B had already found my order and added the bottle. I felt so much relief. I emailed back thanking Laura, knowing it was my mistake, she still went above and beyond to sort my problem and had the kindness to look for my order instead of sitting back waiting for my reply.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with such a lovely and caring customer services representative. Looking forward to receiving my products.

Rasechte drop-shipping. Belachelijke prijzen. Spul komt allemaal rechtstreeks uit China. Contact krijgen is onmogelijk. Zelfs de afbeeldingen op hun website zijn gekopieerd van Ali express.
Niet kopen hier. Wil je toch dat Chinees spul koop dan rechtstreeks bij Ali.

OceAura™ Muito insatisfeita, o produto não faz nada do que anunciam. Depois de várias aplicações os resultados não se verificam.
O prazo de entrega mencionado é de 5/7 dias.
A encomenda chegou, cerca de um mês depois.

Ho fatto un acquisto di prova con 1 sola confezione di Oce-Aura . Il prodotto non è MAI ARRIVATO , il corriere ( GOFO - MAI SENTITO) sostiene di aver consegnato presso i NOSTRI UFFICI (CHIUSI DI SABATO !!!!) e dà come prova una foto fatta davanti al cancello CHIUSO senza firma o nominativo per avvenuta consegna- Sia ENLUZIA sia il CORRIERE, ricontattati più volte a mezzo telefono e mail dopo la mancata consegna , non si assumono responsabilità. E' UNA TRUFFA!!

I made a trial purchase of just one pack of Oce-Aura. The product NEVER ARRIVED; the courier (GOFO – NEVER HEARD OF THEM) claims to have delivered to OUR OFFICES (WHICH ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS!!!!) and provides as proof a photo taken in front of the CLOSED gate, with no signature or name to confirm delivery. - Neither ENLUZIA nor the COURIER, when contacted again - by mail and phone- following the failed delivery, accept any responsibility. IT’S A SCAM!!

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. My order was never delivered and was returned back to the sender, yet they still refused to issue a refund. On top of that, their customer service is practically nonexistent — multiple emails were ignored with no effort to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating to spend money with a company that takes no accountability once something goes wrong. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere unless you’re willing to risk losing your money with no support.” It honestly feels like once they get your money, they stop caring. Pedido #2556 gestionado de forma muy poco profesional.

Recibí un pedido incorrecto (3 productos iguales en lugar de los productos solicitados). La empresa reconoció el error y se comprometió por escrito a enviarme el producto Moroccan Bounce sin coste.

Tras varias semanas, no he recibido el producto ni una solución. Además, solicitan repetidamente información que ya ha sido enviada en varias ocasiones, sin resolver la incidencia.

Atención al cliente muy deficiente. No recomendable.

Een BH besteld bij Enluzia (lees Enjewl). Goed ontvangen maar paste niet. Retour aangemeld en toen begon het. Zij vroegen om foto's, hebben ze ooit van privacy gehoord. Foto gestuurd van enkel de BH. Reacties op e-mail blijft steeds uit. Uiteindelijk bericht, terugsturen kan maar QR code moet gestuurd worden. Alles gedaan (best prijzig want naar Frankrijk) en inmiddels vele e-mails gestuurd waar ons geld blijft, ze reageren totaal niet meer. Telefonisch contact onmogelijk. Even langs gaan ook lastig want een kantoor in Frankrijk hebben ze ook niet. BH is allang weer in hun bezit, meer dan 1,5 maand. Koop hier nooit meer iets en adviseer iedereen om dat ook niet te doen. Geldklopperij.

I purchased 3 jellylift bras from ENLUZIA
They were too padded for my liking and didn’t fit well.
I found it very difficult to return them and had to send them tracked to France which was expensive. There returns policy was difficult to find and unclear.

J’ai acheté 5 bouteille de l’huile au collagen pour moi à et ma mère et je suis plutôt satisfaite des résultats au bout de 2 semaines, ma peau est plus ferme et moins distendu livraison en 9 jours dans les délais et annoncé donc je recommande

After trying Solara (self-tanning drops), I’m satisfied with the results, which started to appear after about three weeks. My skin now has a slightly more tanned complexion. At first I had some doubts because the results weren’t really visible, but in the end the patience was worth it.

J'ai commandé 2 flacons de soins soi disant bouclant à 35€. Aucune élasticité entre les mains comme sur les vidéos, aucune boucle ou frisette de constaté. De plus, les gros flacons photographiés dans les mains deviennent de petits flacons à la réception. Il s'agit d'un vulgaire produit chinois sans aucune efficacité. Publicité mensongère !!!!! A fuir, une vrai arnaque

J'ai commandé deux emballages de Maroccan Bounce de la marque Enluzia, j'ai reçu deux minables emballages abîmés d'un produit chinois de la marque Hoegoa, payé 33CHF alors que sur Temu il est à 6CHF.
J'ai écrit au service client et j'attends leur réponse.

The “2 for 1” Moroccan Bounce offer is misleading. The bottles are extremely small, and the product quantity does not match the impression given by the photos on the website. When you receive the order, it becomes clear that the value is far from what is suggested.

When I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to cover the return shipping costs, even though the product presentation is, in my opinion, not transparent. I was asked to pay for the return myself.

Another concerning point is that there seems to be no clear option on the product page to leave a proper public review, which makes it difficult for customers to share their experience.

I believe companies should present their products honestly and handle concerns more fairly. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.
