Great servicing for our stoves. Phil is a super bloke. He installed both our wood burners and has been looking after them ever since. Professional, tidy and great craic.

Phil is absolutely fantastic - not only a perfect job every year and leaves no mess what so ever ! But the automated process for reminders and diary planning is fabulous, we never have to worry we will forget and payments are easy too - excellent value and cannot recommend highly enough.

It is no surprise that Elegant fires score 4.9 out of 5 for products and service. I ordered a fire grate which had been damaged in transit. I reported this to Elegant fires who apologised for the inconvenience and promptly ordered a replacement.

However, due to supplier difficulties, a replacement was unavailable, so Elegant Fires offered an upgrade option at no extra cost which I happily accepted.

In a world where customer services has become a lost art, Elegant Fires restored my faith by putting my needs before profit and excuses.
