I think Electronic Express did a great job. But the shipping was horrible. After my purchase I received a tracking number and date for the delivery. I took time off work and waited several days. Then I received a text message telling me that I now had to schedule the delivery which was an additional week and a half out, after already taking time off. After I scheduled it, they told me the delivery would be between 8am and 5pm. They showed up at almost 6pm. I think they need to work with their shipping company better. It was not a smooth process after purchase. But the store was great.

Bought a Yeti item that isn’t being sold at Yeti’s website. Just a specific color that is no longer being sold. Of note - item was even cheaper than what Yeti is selling the item for currently. Item arrived very quickly & in perfect condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Placed an order on line on a Sunday because it was last one they had in stock - was Monday and still no word when I could pick up order. I called numerour times and was told I had to wait for a 3rd party verification on charge. Late Monday they cancelled order. I called the Jones Valley store (where I had placed order for pick up) spoke to Jeremy - he physically looked for unit - found it and set it aside for me and I picked it up and paid with same credit card the 3rd party "couldn't verify" - Jeremy was GREAT - made a bad experience good. Their online ordering is junk - go in store in person for good service for horrible customer service use their online ordering - those people are just rude.

Refrigerator ordered Sunday afternoon and delivered on Tuesday afternoon within minutes of delivery window. Completely without damage and very efficient and polite delivery team!

The staff that helped us at the store were very professional, polite, and helpful. They even carried the microwave to our car and loaded it in. A+++

Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Loading in my car was unexpectedly good as you could see the associate was as concerned about my car as he was about my purchase ensuring neither was scuffed/scratched.

Horrible experience buying a dishwasher. I called and set up a chat before I bought it to make sure they could install the new dishwasher and haul away the old one. I was assured that would be the case so I ordered online (because they said I couldn't order over the phone). There was no installation option so I just ordered and then chatted with them after the purchase and they assured me they would call and set it up. Long story short, they just delivered it and left it outside my house with no clarity on what to do. It's a completely disaorganized place where the people on the phone and chat are not in the same system as when you order online. I will pay more and get Best Buy or Home Depot next time.

Wonderful customer service. Scheduling for delivery was easy and super fast! The gentlemen that delivered our deep freezer were very friendly/professional and even took the trash after unboxing it for us. We are very happy with our purchase and the quality of the deep freezer for the price we paid. We’ll definitely be returning customers at Electronic Express!

Called to tell me they were canceling my order I don’t know the reason couldn’t understand the lady. She was very unprofessional when I asked what she had said so I just gave up and said okay. And the email I got for the cancellation was very unprofessional.

I ordered a monitor 8 days ago and no word of where it’s at, no tracking information and when I contacted customer service, the lady said they were trying to find one.
