It was amazing

Had a good price on a Yeti Rambler but it was either used/repackaged or b-stock with all the cosmetic damage. The return process went smoothly but was still a waste of my time.

It was very professional and really glad to be part of it to get such a good result y'all folks are doing a good job

Had great experience with the whole process

Gaming PC arrived corrupted and despite troubleshooting for hours, it never resolved. Had to unfortunately return it since replacements could not be provided.
No communication from electronic express until I had to reach out myself regarding a monitor I ordered within the same order as gaming pc.. which still has not arrived yet. I wish there had been better communication.

Ordering was easy and customer service kept me updated on delivery. Delivery man was extremely polite and friendly.

I order my refrigerator paid with my Afirm account. Set up the delivery. Waited today from 12: to3:00 pm I took a day off work I worked third so I haven’t been to bed they called me 5 till 3:00 and said the dispatcher canceled my order by mistake so they can’t deliver to Tuesday I said I have no refrigerator and I take care of my mom I need a refrigerator today or refund to the Afirm and I will buy from Home Depot they said the refund will take five days so I am screwed and lost money today they have me over a barrel because if I get refund I have to wait even longer I am being punished because I chose do business with them it’s crazy makes no sense I will not buy anything from them again should have paid the extra $200 and went to Home Depot

The people who work in the ordering department are fine and helpful. The delivery department os not... specifically the drivers, not the scheduling department. Drivers stated that pickup window was 5-8pm, then said we are 30 minutes away at 11:30am. When we stated we were not home they said would come back after weekend on Monday, I said, no I would like you to show up on the scheduled time. The result is they never showed or called. Called on Monday and they said unfortunately we cant get you until Wednesday. On Wednesday they showed up. They broke the drip pan and spilled a lot of water all down the stairs and all through the house. They apologized for the water and when I asked if they could clean up all the water, they said absolutely, and then walked out the door and left.

The purchase was quick and easy and the delivery follks were prompt and proffessional. Everything went very smoothly.

Very fast pickup for product. Dishwasher is although pretty loud.

Everyone was friendly and polite at the time of purchase. The problem began when the washer stopped draining and we called the warranty department to be told that the drain pump was not working.. I had a two year warranty so they are supposed to be replacing it. This has been going on for a month. No replacement yet. The lie that is being told now is that it’s not in stock with no ETA… The only communication from store is when I call to get updates about when will I get my replacement. This is some real bs.. Save your self the hassle. Go buy elsewhere. I will be contacting the BBB because this is ridiculous!!!

I visited the Cookeville TN store, needing a microwave oven. Inventory said they had two. They had one and it was the display model which they would not discount. I was headed home to Nashville at the time and checked the item at the 100 Oaks Mall store online and made a purchase for pickup. Arriving at the store, it was the same situation as at Cookeville - Display only, no box, no discount. So I went across the road to Home Depot and made my purchase, no problem. Inventory is all messed up at Electronic Express.
