ETI were so helpful right from the start, they understood what I needed and Danny, the electrician was really professional, polite and prompt! He completed the fire alarm certification and the EICR. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else who needs any of their services.

ETI have just completed my landlord EICR plus some remedial work. The level of service was first class. Prices were very reasonable, and ETI were able to schedule and complete the test and remedial work very quickly. Danny the engineer was great. Kim was also really accommodating with the scheduling of the work.

A lovely, polite and chatty guy (who i think was called Danny) can to fit our new fuse board. He was really informative and explained all the steps to me and walked me through the new board. We had the most polite and respectful engineer called Danny arrive to do a job in our flat this evening. And we couldn't be happier with his work and the outcome :) I would highly recommend this man, considering it was a previous company and engineer who done a dreadful job to our lighting, Danny arrived, rectified and even went above and beyond to make it a safe and happy home for us. Thank-you ever so much. Not only was the job done to a spectacular standard but the personality of Danny was also just as amazing.

So this guy Danny turns up, lovely fella. Polite, humble (and as it turns out, very good at what he does) I felt for him as he said it’s take a couple of hours and he was here for 4 fixing issues that arose…. diligent and very highly recommended. Top work mate.
