Stay well clear of this company! Work was left wholly incomplete, and what work was done was dreadful.
No response from their company, and we are presently seeking legal advice.

Two very good experiences
I recently had a really good experience with Hexo Electrical on two different occasions. They were quick to get back to me and made booking really easy, giving me a clear time window and even giving me a reminder my phone the day before my appointment which was really helpful.
The engineers turned up on time, were both friendly and easy to deal with, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was done quickly and one took the time to explain everything he replaced, including what to do if anything comes up in the future. Overall, just a really smooth and hassle-free experience with great service. I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing electrical work or checks.

I have serious doubts about this…
I have serious doubts about this company, because i had them do an EICR test on my rental 1 bedroom flat, the report was that it needed £364.00 worth of remedial work to be done. When they returned to to carry out the said works, my tenant told me they were present for no more than 10 minutes. i'll let you draw your own coclusions. Thankyou.

I was really impressed with the speed…
I was really impressed with the speed of the follow-up by Hexo Electrical Testing, as well as the communication prior to our appointment. We received a reminder call ahead of the appointment, which was really helpful. The engineer turned up on time (which is often not the case in my experience!) and all the necessary work was done quickly and efficiently. The engineer was super friendly and clearly knowledgeable. We felt like we were in good hands, start to finish. As somebody who has worked in property for decades this experience was amongst the best.

Hexo took care of two of my flats for…
Hexo took care of two of my flats for me. Their customer service was very quickly to respond to me.. I had searched around and found the pricing very reasonable for me. I went to meet the inspector at the flats and he was on time. Very polite quick and efficient. One flat needed more doing to it than the other which was no surprise to me really. It needed a new fused box. I got an upgrade of sockets and down lights at the same time. There was a lot less in the other flat because I had some electrical work done in two years ago. The engineer was on time and even gave me a call on the way so I didn't have to waste time hanging around. Overall a very good service and I would recommend them. The satisfactory certificates came out quickly in time to send to the council. Excellent company.

Electrical Certification
We needed our flat to have a up to date EICR electrical certificate. The ititial enquiry was responded too and they organised a visit to our flat within a few days.
A follow up was needed to do some repairs. This again was easily organised via Hexo who made the whole process easy plus were on hand to answer a few questions I had. I would recommend this business.

Hexo shall always be my go to electrical company for any electrical problems or safety checks I might need. From my initial contact, they were helpful in offering me an appointment that offered me a ‘window’ to attend. The engineer arrived promptly and was courteous but I think the guys who male the bookings etc really do go the extra mile
