The team was extremely pressuring on me as the tenant to enter my flat, they threaten to charge me multiple times despite not mentioning that there would be a charge. They gave a 2 hour slot but then when I said I am coming later in that slot they once again threatened to enter my flat without my permission - bully of a company

Your staff was very professional.
Once the mains are put down, should have tested the boiler once the mains was up. I had to google how to reset it

Service was great, the communication around it was shocking.

They gave us 2 working days notice of their check, and followed up less than 24 hours later with an “Urgent” email when we hadn’t yet had the ability to read and reply our messages. Additionally, they got our flat number wrong.

In future, further notice and fact checking would be appreciated.

The engineer was efficient, polite and he explained what he wS doing and asked questions. Very good service 👏

The works were organised fairly easily via email and appreciated the reminder the day before as well. The contractor was lovely but did take quite a while for him to find the property and I had to come down to get him while working from home which was slightly frustrating but probably could’ve done with better access instructions.
The works were completed quickly and efficiently and the contractor was kind and respectful in the property. Would certainly recommend
