I should have heeded the very poor reviews over both appalling delivery and customer service. Do not use this company to potentially save a pound. Stated delivery 2- 6 days and finally arrived day 8 after my chasing. Delivery tracking system did not show accurate timescales. Company apologised once and then silence in answering perfectly polite emails. Goods were fine in fairness and how much of an issue the Germany base is I’m not sure; but will never use again and really unimpressive service and company.

poorly packaged, just stuck a label on the box, fortunately the drinker is quite robust which is just as well as the box was absolutely battered.
The drinker itself is not very good, the water does not automatically fill the drinking bowl and you have to release the cap to allow the bowl to fill from the tank, but if you leave it loose the bowl just overflows and the tank empties itself in minutes.
Would not recommend.

This is the worst company I have ever felt with, they say on the site “ why use us “ one of the answers is fast delivery, that’s a complete joke it is the slowest delivery I have ever experienced and they have made so many excuses over the four phone calls I have made and I still done have what I ordered, I am going to buy else where

Happy with the item I purchased, but said delivery within 2-5 days my items arrived on the 7th day.

Ordered on 07/04/2022 today is the 19/04/22 and the package still hasn't entered into the UK. The value and quality of the goods is second to non but the delivery times are diabolical. Thanks to those individuals who voted to put vat,import duty and burocratic paperwork back on all goods crossing our borders

Placed an order & was a little concerned about delivery times. Rang their helpline twice today between 12:30 & 14:30 & on both occasions got the message, there are no agents available

Update: Goods arrived yesterday & seem very sturdy but question why the help line is still not working

Fantastic bird table that was easy to assemble. Best bird table I have seen. The birds are getting used to it quickly. Service very quick and prompt.

Item ordered, received, all very efficiently = one happy customer.

Great product. Sturdy and robust fencing. Lightweight and portable. Really good customer service when I misordered. Quick to refund, very helpful and replacement sent out promptly. Highly recommend.

If you’re in a rush for goods, this is not the company for you, 2 weeks and still waiting.

Why ask this question when the item has not been delivered!

The Voss outfit couldn't organise a party in a brewery!

Ordered a non-slip mat to put on the carpet in front of my open fire. Have tried various products which all slip. This one works perfectly. It was easy to order and I was kept up to date throughout delivery.

Prompt delivery, an excellent product and kept well informed. Overall well pleased with customer service.

Always use this company and never had any complaints. I understand delivery is slightly longer because of product coming from Germany so always order in good time. Slightly disappointed this time with the fence posts not being identical to last order, those being superior in my opinion. 4 posts also broken in transit.

Customer service was second to none. Having bought one of the 9V electric fence kits 2 years ago and replaced the battery but nothing happened. Contacted customer support who asked us to check a few things to find whether the problem was with the energiser or the replacement battery. On conclusion a new energiser pack was sent out immediately as the warranty was for 3 years. It all arrived the day after we had packed the old kit up to send back. Installed the new kit and all is working as it should be. We cannot praise the service we received highly enough.

I ordered goods on the 23 October and am still waiting for delivery. All the goods were in stock when submitting the order. Latest delivery date is 5 November. Two weeks is a long time.

I just wanted to leave an honest review for this company, as I recently ordered 2 sonic cat and fox repellers via their website. The items arrived very quickly and I just had a couple of queries related to my order, which the Customer Service team responded to immediately and in an extremely helpful and friendly way. Will definitely be buying from their website again in the future and am very happy to recommend them.
