I ordered an egg chair on the 4th of May for my daughter's birthday (which was in June). Since then I had an e-mail on the 1st of June with the subject "We're almost there" saying the delivery would be between the 22nd of 25th of June. We're now two months later and there is still no sign of a chair.

When contacting the company again last week I was told my chair was in the fulfillment centre and that I should have received a tracking number. I replied stating I have not received a tracking number and three days later they have still not sent me a tracking number.

My poor daughter is still waiting for her birthday present and she is extremely disappointed.

This is my 2nd review on customer services, I hoped my 2nd review would be positive, but having received my eggie chair last week to my disappointment there was no fittings to put the chair together. I contacted customer services and asked them to send me these nuts and bolts urgently but have not received a positive reply. I want to use the chair this year eggie please get your act together!!

I ordered chair early June as a pre order. It arrived today. It’s fab. Really good quality. Looks more expensive compare with other egg chairs out there around the same value.
After I ordered the chair, as I was recommended by a friend who had ordered one last year. I read some of the reviews and thought OMG what have I done. But I can honestly say that eggie customer services kept me updated with delivery dates and Charlene was very polite at all times. If like me, worried about previous reviews. Don’t be! Chair looks fab in the garden, just need the sunshine to come back out.

So thrilled with our new hanging chair! Despite initial delays Eggie Customer Service are so responsive and helpful. The chair was really easy to assemble but is really stylish and well made. Just loving relaxing I it!

Although, like all garden furniture at the moment, my order was delayed but it was well worth the wait!

Ordered on the 29th March… still waiting for my delivery! Had 4 emails from them between then and now, 2 to say “we’re sorry but it’s delayed we’ll be in touch ASAP”, the other showing a picture of a load of boxes of what could be my egg chair in a container saying “they’re on their way” with a date of end of June delivery… today.. another email, another delay.. now mid July.. contacted support, waiting for something other than “we’re sorry for the delay” I believe the product to be of good quality, but so far service is really shocking, delays are unreasonable, just want to get what I’ve paid for and move on.

Absolutely excellent swing chair ! Whole family loves this. Solid construction and comfort.

The chair itself is very good, however I’m having a lot of problems with their customer service!
My chair was delivered just over 2 weeks ago with only 1 nut and bolt required to fasten the 2 main parts in place - it should have 2.
Despite many emails and online chats with Eggie, I am still waiting for the required parts to be delivered or confirmation that they will be delivered.
Also, be aware that the chair does not come with the head pillow, and the cushion itself is not great quality.
I hate to leave a negative review, however I am so frustrated with Eggie’s lack of response that I felt I had no choice.
UPDATE 17/11/20 - Eggie finally responded to my issue, the missing bolt was provided and I have been promised a head cushion ASAP.
The chair is a great product and is very comfortable. Eggie just need to sort out their aftersales service!

Very quick delivery, good communication and love the chair!!

I had a great experience with the Eggie guys they helped me feel at ease about my order. I was worried as I had already been messed about on a site off Amazon for another chair. My son received the chair on the appointed day and he is very pleased with it.
