Website nice & clear including delivery options, & unit delivered in reasonable time. Re the Help & Advice option on the webpage, my (entirely unspecified) "technical" ring-back request came back as an email referral to the manufacturer, which didn't impress a whole lot, but no other issues at all.

Excellent service
My initial order was dealt with evry quickly and arrived as advised. Once installed it was evident one part of the order was faulty -it was very easy to contact eFans and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Excellent service. Would recommend.

Straight forward purchase by the company. But the second party wholesaler who actually supplied unit and organised delivery were not as efficient they did not provide any tracking information although the item was delivered promptly although I had no idea when this was going to be. But I cannot blame efans for this or review would be 2 star
