House feels fresher, no condensation, no mould and seems to have stabilised the temperature in the house although this might just be a coincidence as it’s early days? Very happy with my PIV and will be fitting one in the near future in my daughters house 😃😃😃😎

I originally sent an email and followed with a phone call. I spoke to Geoff and he was very helpful. He requested more photos and subsequently contacted the supplier to manufacture the filters I needed. He communicated with me the entire time and eventually I received the orders earlier than expected. Very pleased with the service.

I recently had an amazing experience with eFans.

Very easy to order through Apple Pay (literally one click!). Arrived next day via DPD. Fitted the unit in about 2-3 hours. Instructions very clear. Overall very happy with my purchase - now awaiting the results!!
