While we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers, it's important to note that premium low latency bandwidth comes at a cost.
Please allow us to highlight, that EDIS Global never limits the "bandwidth". Every products comes with a defined amount of "traffic" that is included in your plan. We clearly communicate the amount of traffic that is included in a plan, which refills automatically every month. We do understand that you would wish for "unlimited traffic", nevertheless we can't offer such a feature with products in the EUR 5,-- /mo price range.
We continually evaluate our offerings to strike a balance between meeting our customers' needs and maintaining a sustainable service. Rest assured, we are committed to providing competitive and fair pricing while delivering the best possible performance.
We value your input and will take your suggestion into consideration as we explore options for improving our services. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team, who will be more than happy to assist you.

One of the problems of your company is the management of the server. And the second one is that there was no cryptocurrency like Tron that can do the exchange quickly. But I am very satisfied with the response and the other thing is that there were no high-speed NVME servers to increase the speed of the server. Otherwise, your company is good. Thank

We are working with high-speed enterprise grade SSD drives/volumes which come very close to NVMe performance, and deliver additional failover, hot-plug and redundancy in 24/7 production systems. Tron tokens are not yet supported by our payment providers. Once they become available, we will definitely consider adding these as a supported Crypto Currency. All the best and take care ...
Reliable global virtual servers recently rebranded
EDIS started out as a small local company in Austria and has expanded worldwide in the meantime. Services are working excellent in various datacenters around the globe. Also, prices can compete. The only thing that makes me doubtful is the company's decision to move the firm from Austria to Cyprus. This makes one believe that the priority is to maximize profit and save taxes rather than remain true to the company origin.

Very positive experience with product and support on Edis.at
I have very positive experience with Edis. I ordered server in wrong location, wrote on support and get my money instantly back on account, so I could order new one. Unfortunately the new location was far, so it was lagging a lot. It was recommended to test latency for all servers by Edis latency test feature. New location is running smoothly now.
Great and fast communication with support too. The guy named Herman was very helpful. Helped me with correct setup for server and all mentioned things above. I can definitely recommend this company.
