I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Edis Hosting Company, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Here's a review highlighting the key aspects that make them stand out:
Reliability: Never saw downtime.Do not need to write anything more ;)
Speed and Performance: Their servers are very fast and stable.
Customer Support: There are no words about how to express my feelings.They are amazingly friendly, they even helped me to understand some logic that I needed for a project and explain in a few examples how to make it!
They are always online, always answering in 5 minutes.Even support is on WhatsApp.
Scalability: I am using more servers to be always online, but all of my servers have never gone down yet, because I have a monitoring system and I watch that.
Affordability: Prices are amazing, cheap is a fun word, and you really get that for what you pay.Also, they offer various types of payment systems, like Bitcoin, which is very friendly.
They have many locations to provide if you are looking for CDN(What I was looking for)
In summary, I only plan to work with Edis and no one else.

Upon your instruction, we processed the refund to the BTC address you provided. For transparency, we also immediately provided the Blockchain Transaction ID as proof of payment.
It's essential to understand that BTC transactions are irreversible. If there was an error in the BTC wallet address you provided, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for that.

The support representative asks for more information about the server speed issue and explains the 24-hours refund policy.
The Customer insists on a refund and threatens to pursue the issue through PayPal.
The support representative asks for proof of the speed issues and tries to understand the problem.
The Customer complains about the lack of appropriate services and requests to speak to a manager.
The support representative asks for examples of speed issues and the system being used for VPN.

the best company ever, when i said the vps network is slow and asked for a refund they gave me a refund but the next day when i went to ask for help they told me they upgraded their network in my location and gave me a 6gb ram server for the inconvenience. thank you so so much for that person who did that
