Convenient hosting provider with great capabilities
I've been using this hosting provider for a few days now and so far so good. I like the custom ISO upload feature - I need it to boot Talos Linux. But prices could be lower.

Be careful ...
I immediately canceled my service as requested through the KVM manager 30 minutes after activation because I accidentally chose the wrong location. I did get a cancellation confirmation email as well.
They still won't refund or credit me so I can order the correct location. However, they managed to instantly cancel the VPS so I can't use it anymore. In summary, I paid fully for a VPS that I could only use for 30 minutes.
They prefer to annoy a potential customer who is now guaranteed to never do business with them again instead of just switching the VPS location. 1st Level chat support is atrocious as well.

Clarification to the reply.
- The cancellation was processed quickly, ensuring all information was available.
- You did not follow up to indicate that any information was missing after the automatic cancellation email.
- I had to initiate contact to inquire why the refund had not been processed.
- Consequently, the service was unavailable from day one despite having paid for a full month.
Your denial of any flaws in this process suggests that you are intentionally making the cancellation process inconvenient. Potential customers should be aware that you appear more focused on collecting a quick one-time monthly fee rather than building a long-term relationship through proper customer support.

Subpar customer service
I would not recommend dealing with this company or purchasing any related products from their website. My experience, based on a recommendation from a friend who previously used their services, has been overwhelmingly negative, particularly with their customer support. It doesn’t look like I’ll be renewing my services with them. Their customer service provides inadequate and subpar responses to issues faced.
I was looking for an IP change, as it was over the 24 hours period, just barely. I wasn’t expecting to pay for a change but was happy to if needed. The customer support stated it would be faster and cheaper to cancel my order and pay for a new one? So, I’d lose the original XX euros which I paid for my original order.
This advice seemed illogical, especially since they mentioned that a random IP change would cost 5 euros, and a specific IP change would cost 10 euros.
If you’re looking for a professional established company, I would go take your business elsewhere. There are many others that will provide exceptional customer service and support.

Good servers but Strange customer service
Never had any issues with their servers. They worked great for my purposes.
Wish they had more options, single and duo core servers felt slow.
After asking to terminate my contract at the end of my billing cycle, they insted terminated it immediately.

I'm really happy with EDIS services.
It's reliable, speed is totally acceptable, and i sincerly never noticed any downtime since 2016 (or it was really short), and pricing is totally correct.

Solid solution
We were with a different VPS provider, but bit by bit that VPS became slower and slower, until it was un-usable.
Switched to these guys and the speed and quality of the services is a huge step up!!
