I am a returning customer. I find their website impossible to use and poorly designed. After spending over 15 minutes making my selection, I went to the checkout page. There was no feature to check out as a guest, which is standard. When I got to Payment, there was an expired credit card. I tried 10x to add a new card # and the site would not allow me, unlike Amazon, which has a feature that you can add or delete credit card numbers. The delete feature did not work, and after multiple tries of entering the new card #, it kept showing the original #. Nothing I did could get rid of it.

This site wasted my time and now I don't have the paint I needed to get. The FAQ page was of no help, and there was no way to email the company.

Prompt delivery of paint cards made it easy to select the color I wanted.

Paint was exactly as described. No odor and dried quickly. Yes, it costs a bit more, but in the long run, I want healthy chickens.

ECOS is the best paint, the colors are amazing. The ease of ordering is perfect for me. No standing in line at the store wondering if you are going to get what you wanted.

the paint samples work well, they are non-toxic and there are no fumes just like advertised on the website. Very glad that I found this company, as my cat hangs out in my room with me and he found it very interesting when I was painting. I'm really glad there weren't any fumes for him to inhale. I've made my choice about what color to use and I'm looking forward to ordering it soon!

High quality paint without the smell, color match seemed to work well and paint arrived well packaged and on time.

Paint samples took longer than expected to arrive. Slightly bummed by the colors in the grey section for lullllaby paints one is more of a cream the other looks like a beige. Wish grey had more shades as I wanted to use them to redo a crib we own.
