The help and guidance received was very good. We were helped at every stage of the process by someone who was knowledgeable and who had helped other people before so knew what they were doing. The whole Timeshare experience is something to be avoided, BUT, the trick is to get out of it!!!
For that you need a whole lot of patience and trust that the experts know what they are talking about and exactly what they are doing!! Steven had both, many a time he reassured me everything was going to plan, yes my patience did waiver, but I knew I could make contact and be back on track. USA timeshare get outs can take time, ours has taken 2 years, but the end is in sight!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for your assistance.

This review is based only on our experience with Stephen, who has been the only person to finally deliver the result we needed.
The initial confidence from EEC in encouraging us to make a claim did not come to fruition, and we were reliant on Stephen’s expertise in his area to give us a ‘time share free’ future.

After years of paying maintenance fees for a 'share ownership' property, that was never used (mainly because the exchange system is so broken, there is little opportunity to make a preferred change without several years' notice), I'd had enough.
I did some research, spotted ECC, thought it was worth a whirl.
Alby and Michael took me through the initial stages, then handed me over to Steven to extract me from the timeshare albatross.
Legend! Did exactly what he said he would do - email received today, confirming that I have now relinquished the property and all legal liability past and future. Result...and it landed on my birthday 🎈

It's taken 13 long months to finally get out of our unlimited vacation club contract, Steven has helped along the way, letting us know correct wording on all replies, the process has been frustrating, but Steven has helped all the way along
Now for the next stage trying to get some of our money back, I'm sure Steven will work as hard hopefully won't take as long, but unlimited vacation club are know to be slow to reply to emails or complete any action needed
