Product delivered swiftly. Plug was damaged when arrived which was frustrating. These things can happen in transit therefore I look at how companies deal with these types of issues rather than the issue itself. For this I’ll happily give ECA 5 stars - resolved quickly and efficiently with no fuss.

Excellent service
Excellent service, and highly knowledgable of their products. Called a few times for advice and they were always happy to help. Had an issue with a product that was damaged in transit also and they couldn’t have been more helpful. All in all what a fantastic company with good variety of products. Will be using them again for my future needs.

Awful Customer Service - Goods not received
I'm reading these reviews and wondering if they are made up. I placed an order for a Karcher sprinkler on the 12th July. Order was accepted and credit card payment taken. Nearly three weeks later I have not received the item. I have emailed three times and left two phone messages. I have had NO response. Today I have had to raise a credit card dispute. WIsh I had just paid a bit more and used Amazon!

Sorry you feel as though the service has not been suitable, I can assure you this is not what we would expect to provide our customers and is not reflected by our other reviews. I have however looked into the information about your order and can see there was a delay. I will be investigating as to why you didn’t receive our back order emails, this would have made the experience better I am sure. I can also see that we received an email requesting a refund today due to the delay which we processed for you within 30 minutes for you, again an email has been sent to confirm this. All funds have been refunded to your original payment method.
