BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
We ordered SkyVac Atom replacement motor for £114.00 and goods arrived broken, ECA asked if we could send pictures of the broken parts, which we did, and we have heard nothing since...they do not answer emails or telephones. DO NOT USE. Terrible company

Ridiculous wait to receive the product
Hi Guys, yesterday night I received the product.
I don’t remember exactly when I ordered but for sure was the first time in my life that I had to wait that long for the product to arrive at home.
Don’t know what happened I know that the strikes and the snow they have a little part for this delay but a LITTLE!
As I contact asking where is my item and less then a week later I received.
Overall I hope I don’t have any problems with the items and that was my experience.
Hopefully can help to speed up the process
