ECA Cleaning Ltd Omdömen 

Order the surface cleaner on the 29th of April was supposed to be with me five days later still hasn’t come and it’s the 19th of May and still don’t have it in stock no updates on when it was gonna come all I do is ring them and they keep saying it’s not in stock, but we’re happy to take the money for the item so now requested a refund never use it again

They keep taking my money
I keep needing to buy things as my business grows and these are my go to, everything is fast, it’s easy, the whatapp person always checks if it’s right first as I’m a idiot. Very good 👍😊

I placed an order and one of the items didn't turn up and no notification that this would be sent later, I contacted ECA via phone and email on several occasions, spoke to Sam and Jordan who said there was a stock discrepancy and had to check with the warehouse. They said they would send out via royal mail within 24 hours, I'm still waiting almost 2 weeks later. I had to chase up on the missing item so many times and am very disappointed with the low level of customer service and poor communication. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

After previously using an electric pressure washer for some years I decided to buy a petrol washer. I decided on buying from ECA Cleaning as you could choose various options and they are very helpful in recommending which parts and accessories you need. I emailed them a few times asking their advice and replied very quickly It took 10 days until I received my new pressure washer as they are built to order and came topped up with oil.and all I can say is it’s a real beast !!

It was not so good customer service to start with. I wish Sam had just called me when I inquired about the quality of my purchase. After a protracted email trail that lasted a week, I got a refund after I started a PayPal dispute.

Sam tried to say that my products were fine and wanted me to send them back at my own cost and deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the price. Thankfully, it was all sorted out in the end.

If certain products aren't in stock maybe make that clear on the website.
Waited over a month for my 3rd item, the rest were delayed also

I ordered Mirka sanding discs at very good price! arrived on time and all in tact as I wanted. Would definitely be shopping with them again. thank you very much

WHAT??? You never delivered my order, I waited and waited for my order update but nothing!!

I applied and got a refund back from PayPal but not the P&P so I have lost money!!!

Sam rang me to tell me my order was being shipped out and I would have it the next day! Then I received a text saying parcel force would deliver it but as usual they cocked it up. I had to complain and it was delivered a day later. The price was very competitive but because they use parcel force it’s only 4 stars. But good service overall!
